She is careful with the advice she dispenses yet thorough in the care she provides. It is definitely a deep cleansing facial. You do not get sweet talked into relaxation. Debbie gives you what you need in order to walk out of her place with skin that is dewy and radiant. I always tease her that there is not a spot on my face that escapes her eye. I love it. You have to prepare to be on that facial bed for over an hour. She does not rush or skimp on any procedure that you may need to get your skin at its best. She is also not a product pusher which I absolutely appreciate. Debbie is so good she does not need any extra marketing. Her boon and bane are one: having more than enough clients to fit into availability. I being one of the new ones that want to go back repeatedly. If you are new and are fortunate enough to be added on a cancellation list, take it! It will get easier to get in as you become a more regular client. The wait is worth it. Upon my initial consultation, Stephanie listened carefully & thoughtfully to my concerns & proposed a multi step treatment plan to accomplish my goals while remaining sensitive to the costs involved, too. At this initial consultation I happened to mention some unrelated symptoms I had been dealing with. Stephanie suggested I get my hormone levels checked because my symptoms were indicative of a hormonal imbalance. Instead of calling me and asking if I was OK, as any caring business owner would, I was blacklisted from booking appointments online. Marisa only cares about your wallet and it's evident in the fact that in the 6 years I was a client, she went through 3 different product lines in the guise of "providing the best for her clients" i.e., what will make her the most profit. She forces product sales and tells her estheticians to do the same. If you're not her daughter or a family friend, you won't last there as an employee. Her prices are on par with high end Boston spas, but in North Attleboro. I presume she has to pay the mortgage on her extravagant new location somehow. I regret having spent thousands there over the years. EDIT 1/2/2025 in response to business owner comment -- I understand the need for strict no-show and last-minute cancellations, which of course are intended to recoup loses from UNRELIABLE clients. Not from clients diagnosed with cancer who are trying their best to maintain some sense of normalcy in life who have a long history of maintaining a proper client-business relationship. My treatment based on extenuating circumstances cannot reasonably be considered "understanding and flexible". It is important to current and future clients that they consider how quickly a business devalues a client, so they can make the most informed decision on where to receive these types of services. The best way to address my concerns would be to treat clients better than I've been treated. I in no way mean to harm your business. Everyone can read all reviews here and on other websites and decide for themselves if they wish for their hard-earned dollars to support your business.
