I had been a 'Botox vagrant' for about a year after my longtime provider left RI. I tried other providers who were delivering poor results and/or had (borderline) predatory pricing. Online booking was very simple & straightforward, which I prefer to calling in for an appointment. I arrived at the office first thing the morning of my appointment & found it to be clean, discreet & well appointed. Upon my initial consultation, Stephanie listened carefully & thoughtfully to my concerns & proposed a multi step treatment plan to accomplish my goals while remaining sensitive to the costs involved, too. At this initial consultation I happened to mention some unrelated symptoms I had been dealing with. Stephanie suggested I get my hormone levels checked because my symptoms were indicative of a hormonal imbalance. Stephanie was willing to write the order to have the requisite labs drawn, something neither my PCP or GYN had been willing to do to date. My symptoms had gone largely dismissed by my healthcare team for several years, which was incredibly frustrating.
