Where are my pores? Just had my first spa experience at Spa Yadira and it was wonderful from start to finish. Yadira and her staff put effort info making the atmosphere welcoming and soothing from aromatics to visuals and basically all my other senses. This was my first facial and I got the dermal infusion amongst other spa treatments that come with it, so I was pleasantly overwhelmed when I left feeling totally cleansed and exfoliated and didn't notice until I got in the car that I had to do a serious search in the mirror to find my pores! The changes in my skin since my consult with Yadira only a few weeks ago are amazing and inspire me to continue seeking her care, guidance and of course treatments, and I am excited to return. The moment you walk in you know you're about to get the most amazing treatment. The front waiting area has products all beautifully displayed with a cozy seating area, not that you ever get the chance to sit here because you're greeted by a smiling receptionist who promptly outfits you with soft robes and slippers and whisks you to the relaxation room.. refreshments, comfy chairs, music, the perfect lighting, and of course refreshments totally make it worth being a little early for your appointment.. THEN you're brought in for your service. The beds are super comfortable, the esthetician is amazing and so knowledgeable and the best part is after your pampering session your skin looks amazing and they don't shove products down your throat (oh and there's chocolate)! I've had many facials many places however I'll never bother going anywhere else. The products they use are great, the staff are all nice and know their products, and the facility itself is beautiful, clean, and calming. Highly recommend. Went to Spa Yadira this past week as so many of my friends have raved about their skin care services (especially the Medical Grade Dermal Infusion treatment) and wow! In love! I don't know where to even start! Walking in I immediately was blown away by how LOVELY the decor was throughout the spa! I was greeted by the most friendliest and polite receptionist. Since I had made an appointment, the receptionist knew my name, confirmed what I would be doing, and had a bag with a spa wardrobe inside (Talk about organized). As soon as I changed the receptionist directed me into the relaxation room which was pure bliss and soo relaxing!! I was then greeted by Yadira. She was very professional and explained what she would be doing and also the benefits of Dermal Infusion treatment. (since that is the treatment I received). When I was done I couldn't believe my eyes! My skin was super hydrated, plumpled and sooo soft! My skin still looks amazing today! I have to say Yadira is so kind and gentle... So unprofessional!!!! got a gift certificate and want just a nice spa day from the kids. The women I think she is manager that give me the service have a stiff face with to much makeup. Came here today for my very first facial! They have an amazing, welcoming, staff, always asking if you need anything. Everyone was so courteous and made you feel right at home! The atmosphere in the waiting room and the treatment rooms is so relaxing and soothing, and with a complimentary warm neck wrap and hand towel I was relaxed before I even went back! Karly did my treatment and she was AWESOME, she gave me a bunch of tips and recommendations to keep my acne under control and a bunch of samples of one of the lines they carry for problem skin. What an amazing experience from booking to the service!! Nancy was so thorough when I booked the appointment in describing all of the different types of treatments this spa offered. She was so patient will all of my questions and was so informative on the treatments I felt so confident booking. When arriving I was greeted by Danielle who was so accommodating offering a cold neck wrap and coconut water while I waited. Yadira walked out of the back room right in time for my appointment. No wait time at all! Which is so important for a working mom on the go! She was glowing!!! She was so friendly and sweet and made my appointment so relaxing. She is an EXPERT in her field to say the least!! She took the time to review what she was doing as she was doing it and the benefits of each!
