I would not recommend doing business on that side. Medical: Dr. Saad and the team I saw for acne (for 10 years?) are great, great service and results, no complaints, deserving 4-5 stars. Dr. Saad recommended I look into laser resurfacing for acne scarring, so naturally I walked next door - to a markedly different experience deserving 1 star. Cosmetic: I spent $1800 in 2017 (a major espense at the time) on a series of three Fraxel laser treatments. Dr. Butler was friendly, I am not sure I saw results from the treatment but I knew that was a risk. However, I only wound up receiving 2 of the 3 services, I was late for service 2 and it was rescheduled, then the Dr.'s medical event meant I had to reschedule service 3 to after the summer, due to the nature of this treatment. I was fine with the medical event requiring a reschedule but I never completed the 3rd treatment (that I paid for) and I gave up trying to get their attention. The front desk staff were never great, and I emailed twice and left multiple voicemails but have not received a follow-up on these concerns. I moved to NH that fall and am no longer in the area during business hours to stop by in-person and it is to strange that I have never heard communication about this.

Adriana has been working to personalize my skincare for me and my specific problems. I've done regular facials as well as chemical peels and every one has been great. She's very thorough in explaining the uses of products as well as aftercare. Recently, I've been doing oxygenation facials which have been great for my skin, but today I tried a brightening treatment which includes not just your face but also your neck! She did this lymphatic drainage facial massage during the treatment, which was incredible. I'm always so relaxed that I'm practically asleep by the end. Taliya is amazing.
