I had never had any kind of filler or botox done to my face before.I figured I would see a dramatic difference in my face.I did not unfortunately. I even went back for a touch up, which was pretty much BS the first time I went, the lady took photos of my face told me to squish my face so they could see the wrinkles they needed it too smooth, went back for a retouch, cause I saw no difference. The second lady told me to smile regular, then showed me the photo difference. Since first meeting with Dr. Flashner years ago, I've been confident in the guidance and treatments provided by Dr. Flashner and his staff. It's worth traveling over an hour to see them. In particular, I'm grateful to Lindsay who suggested I try Neogen Plasma, a newer treatment she felt was more appropriate for my skin type, versus trying the Morpheus8 treatment I booked before Neogen was available. I was reluctant to post a review because i know how important they are to small businesses but hoping this is taken as constructive criticism. I went in for Botox on my forehead which I have gotten two times prior at other locations. When I had stated previously I had only gotten a very minimal amount 10-15 units the Dr. insisted 20-25 was the minimum and I must had been mistaken. As I couldn't remember exactly and he is the professional I agreed. I later reconfirmed and I had never received over 12 units at other locations. I do wish i had advocated for myself a bit more but I felt a bit steamrolled into getting more units then I was used to. In prior experiences everyone recommended less and coming back for more if needed. The final results were much more noticeable then I was used to (which was great!) but unfortunately my eye brows are a bit uneven which is something i've never experience with Botox. The difference is subtle but noticeable enough when I had my make up done for an event the make up artist commented on the difference. My appointment was later in the day but still before 5pm and it felt a bit rushed to be honest. The doctor was out the door before I had even paid with the front desk. (Its certainly possible it was a one off and he had somewhere to be) Positive note: the women working at the first desk was extremely friendly and kind when I had to sit down for a moment after becoming a little faint from the needles before leaving. I was perfectly numbed and offered laughing gas. Which by the way, I recommend. Crystal stayed with me every step of the way. It was ok but they required I sign a lot of consent and release forms, I didn't see that as a good sign. I filled out the lengthy questionnaire and had a treatment that I had scheduled the appointment for and listened to recommendations. I scheduled an appointment for another treatment but was asked to pay for the treatment in advance to get the promotional discount but I hesitated to do because it was more than I wanted to charge so they quickly accepted a partial payment. They seem too eager to get as much money upfront as possible which is somewhat disconcerting. It's really too soon to give a fair review of this practice but I'm seeing some red flags concerning how they handle getting paid for their services. read more

I was looking tired and was starting to see some hollowness under my eyes and cheek area. With just one filler application he was able to take that all away!
