I have a very positive attitude and credit my active lifestyle and taking care of myself physically for making that positive attitude possibile. CO2 is misleading, it's not a real CO2 laser treatment where you would see a significant change in your skin. I was told, It takes 6 months to see results, and they last for about 9 months ‍. I was also told about all the other things that would make me look better, even though I didn't express any other concerns with my face. Needless to say, if I want to look like everyone else, I should invest into more temporary treatments for the remainder of my life, or until my bank account empties lol read more

This past winter I underwent 3 CO2 Laser Skin Resurfacing procedures each 6 weeks apart as recommended by the Owner, Beth. I booked the consult with Beth as the skin on my face is very susceptible to raised spots due to so much sun exposure during my younger years. My skin surface improved after each CO2 and now it looks amazing! My skin has never been smoother and it looks flawless! Alex did an incredible job! This place will offer your groupon services even after they expire where Face Place in Hanover said they would but they didn't. Kudos to Kyma for that! Went to the spa to get botox and filler. Walking into the spa was not my typical spa experience. It seemed very lacked and two dogs roaming around the waiting room. When going into the room it was all just so unprofessional. No alot of communication.Botox lasted no more than 2 months and the filler in my lips were horrible. My mother and I had some cosmetic work done at Kyma and we were truly blown away by everything. Beth and her team are absolutely lovely people who take the time to listen to what you while still giving meaningful and honest feedback. The spa itself is unbelievable. I've been trying different treatments for my pitted and rolling acne scars for years, and in one session Kyma did more for me than all the other treatments combined. I had my first appointment today at this facility. I was greeted by the receptionist who had also called me back to book my appointment she was incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff there is very welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I had a lovely conversation with Sandra who took care of me and made me feel so comfortable almost fell asleep during the procedure. The facility is absolutely beautiful and so are the people who work there I don't understand why there are bad reviews on here because it soon as I was done with my appointment I booked a follow up appointment. The staff are very good at what they do and very knowledgeable and will give you good advice on what will and won't work for you so you don't waste your time. Absolutely horrible customer service. The women that reurns the calls should not be dealing with customers at a medi-spa, she has no finesse. I had and impossible time just to get a call back to make an appointment for a consultation. When i called the first time they were booking 3 weeks out for LumiLift. Then I saw there was a Groupon for Lumilift for $99, (and I can wait 3 weeks). So I bought it. When they finally called me back again, I told them I found the Groupon for $99, she said that the LumiLift Machine was broken an would not be back until November..How do you offer a Groupon for LumaLift when the machine will be gone for 2 months, very sketchy, I am calling Groupon to report them for shadiness. I did eyelash extensions a couple of weeks ago. The Spa is super nice and very clean. The staff was very professional. Unfortunately most of the eyelash extensions fell out within the first couple days. Ive had them before and this has never happened. I went and got a fill two weeks later at a different salon and they had to do an entire new set because there were no lashes left. Barely any eyelashes have fallen out since I got them at a different place. This spa may be better at other services, but I would not recommend for eyelashes. read more

I have been a long time customer of Kyma and I can't say enough about this med spa. I am 44 and people are always shocked when I tell them my age. I'd like to say it's good genetics, but it has everything to do with Beth and the amazing team at Kyma. I recently started doing weekly Frozen C treatments. They take about 15 minutes and there is no pain or downtime. I've always struggled with large pores, and these treatments have helped by at least 70 percent. I can only imagine my skin will improve even more with time. I don't even need to wear foundation when I leave the house! If you're looking for general anti-aging treatments, something to help with pore size or rosacea, I'd highly recommend you try the frozen c treatment. I am so pleased with the "treatments" I received at Kyma. My first appointment Trent was over an hour of consultation, no pressure st all! After some time going over my recommendations, as I have never had fillets, etc before I decided to go forward! I am SO happy that I did. The team that worked with me was above and beyond my expectations. They were very resourceful with their ongoing information step by step. Always i as the patient was their first and foremost concern. Careful to see how I was tolerating the process and very gentle. Never once was I nervous once we started! Four , yes four hours later we were done. Not that I had that much done but all were so careful and took their time to make sure I was aware of what it was they were doing and why , point by point! The contact and check up once I was home was beyond belief. I have not been to a Dr that has that type of patient care in a long time! I use this spa only for lip waxing from a gift card that was a Christmas present. Otherwise, I would not return for repeat business. Receptionist was rude, not even acknowledging me or looking up from her computer, and she had a co-worker at the desk too. I don't know how anyone can be THAT busy... VERY disappointing customer service. I had an appt. scheduled two weeks out it was the only available time. I left work mid-day to drive 45 minutes to the appt, I showed up and was told there was no appt. I said I had an appt scheduled and she said I believe you but the girl never saved it in the system. She was incredibly rude, said she could not accommodate me there was nothing she could do and it was my problem. I had some micro needling done here. Got a free consult prior... if you can call it that. The woman hardly spoke to me and I felt like I had to pull info out of her. I had the micro needling done anyway. Was a mess afterwards... all red and a bit of bruising, etc. She just handed me a piece of paper with post procedure recommendations ... I don't think she even said goodbye. What a crazy place. Soooo unprofessional!! Pay attention to reviews... they don't lie! Will find another place to continue my treatments. Just awful!! This year and I did botox AND Radiesse(was scared to do filler last year). I had this put in the apples of cheeks which had flattened out quite a bit. I was terrified and shaking like a leaf.
