I would not recommend doing business on that side. Medical: Dr. Saad and the team I saw for acne (for 10 years?) are great, great service and results, no complaints, deserving 4-5 stars. Dr. Saad recommended I look into laser resurfacing for acne scarring, so naturally I walked next door - to a markedly different experience deserving 1 star. Cosmetic: I spent $1800 in 2017 (a major espense at the time) on a series of three Fraxel laser treatments. Dr. Butler was friendly, I am not sure I saw results from the treatment but I knew that was a risk. However, I only wound up receiving 2 of the 3 services, I was late for service 2 and it was rescheduled, then the Dr.'s medical event meant I had to reschedule service 3 to after the summer, due to the nature of this treatment. I was fine with the medical event requiring a reschedule but I never completed the 3rd treatment (that I paid for) and I gave up trying to get their attention. The front desk staff were never great, and I emailed twice and left multiple voicemails but have not received a follow-up on these concerns. I moved to NH that fall and am no longer in the area during business hours to stop by in-person and it is to strange that I have never heard communication about this.

Like many, I started with lip filler, and as time went on, I started getting cheek and under eye filler as well to correct facial asymmetries and under eye bags. At first I always thought the fillers looked good, but after several years (I am now 36), I realized that my appearance looked fake. Friends and family have told me that my top lip sticks out far beyond my bottom lip, that I appear 'ducky' and that my cheeks look too big. After no longer liking how I looked in photos, I recognized that they were right. The fillers that once looked good, had changed. My face appeared round, lacked definition and contour, and my lips looked very ducky! It was time for a change. I had a consultation with Jen where she analyzed my face and felt where I had dermal filler. She explained to me that fillers can last for many years, fillers can migrate to areas where they shouldn't be, and certain products are better than others in achieving a natural and youthful appearance. Jen reassured me that everything was fixable, but that I would need to be a bit patient. At our next appointment, Jen dissolved all of my poorly done and misplaced filler. After a few days, the filler dissolved, and I felt more like myself again. Jen will continue to dissolve any remaining filler at my next appointment. Once all the old filler is gone, I will be treated with Sculptra and Restylane Kysse. I appreciate that Jen took the time to advise me on the proper treatment options and products, rather than just injecting around old bad filler like my previous injectors did. It may not be the most cost-effective solution, but it is the CORRECT solution. The take-away here is: if you plan to get aesthetic treatments done DO YOUR RESEARCH. Do not go to the cheapest or closest injector. Experience matters. If you want to look and feel your best, please learn from my mistakes. Be patient, and go to the best.

She's very thorough in explaining the uses of products as well as aftercare. Recently, I've been doing oxygenation facials which have been great for my skin, but today I tried a brightening treatment which includes not just your face but also your neck!
