Customer service requests for help were ignored and couldn't be located in their system, even though ticket numbers were assigned. May have to make a fraud claim with the bank to get resolution on unauthorized charges that continue after cancellation.

The building looks like it have had a recent outside remodel and looks very clean. The inside is also bright and clean. But four different sets of stairs for access. Rent includes janitorial services daily.

There is a nice mailroom and lobby and a technology lock system. We have always received our deliveries with no problem. It was so awesome that the office contacted us even though we searched for over an hour after we lost our cell phone in the building. We are lucky to be in a safe and courteous building. There have been issues relating to the snow and rain in Reno that everyone is experiencing. Being on a higher floor is more logical.

David Godley, owner, was very easy to work with and very accommodating. As for the the rental rate, it was very reasonable as compared to other storage facilities in the area. We also felt a sense of security with the using the recommended lock and automatic security gate which utilized each tenants individual code. The only minor nit pick would to say that the strorage unit is not very well sealed around the door as it can accumulate quite a bit of dirt. We also noticed some mice droppings when we moved out. However, we somewhat experience that with our own garage. Even still, I feel comfortable giving 4 stars to this business.
