I call for a follow up appointment because that's what the Dr said to do! The counter staff tells me I can't make an appointment because I was a walk-in on the day I was provided "care." So they advised me to walk-in at the time the Dr started (@11am) and that I'd be seen right away from the specific Dr who gave me the stitches! I get told when I walk in that I'd have to wait 2.5hrs to be seen by the Dr. after I was told over the phone that I'd be seen right away since a simple removal process! Do Not believe anything the staff tells you over the phone. I wouldn't even recommend you coming to this location. Sadly, because I got my stitches at this location I have to get them removed at this location! Sad service and communication between all staff members.

The Front Office staff has always been very helpful & friendly - over the phone & in person. The main reason for my visit was for a rotator cuff issue with my primary doctor, Dr. Mark Wisthoff. I checked in ten minutes early & was called back right at appointment time. I saw the Nurse Assistant first who was friendly & personable. After asking some questions, updating my chart & taking my vitals, my wait time for the doctor was only about five minutes. Dr. Wisthoff has always been timely & efficient but most importantly he has a great "bedside manner". He's genuine with a good sense of humor & really takes the time to listen. Note, he responds very quickly to questions in the patient portal as well. I really appreciated Dr. Wisthoff providing me with three options to resolve my problem. It's been a week now & my shoulder pain is almost gone. If you're looking for a new doc I highly recommend Dr. Wisthoff!

The office was so cute, clean and had fun decorations. I was impressed that they even have a coffee maker and TVs. The woman at the front desk was great at explaining everything. My nurse was so nice and the Dr. explained everything wonderfully. And to make things better, the wait wasn't even bad (around 10am this morning).

I went in with chest pains difficulty breathing dizziness and numbness on my left arm and according to them after I demanded to be released they said all my test came back good and I should contact my personal care provider. I swear I'm suing this place if my condition gets worse since they decided to not help at all.
