This resulted in not getting seating next to each other on our return home after my wife's shoulder replacement surgery. My wife would have been forced to set in a center seat. I don't know about any one else, but having had a shoulder replaced the last thing I would want is to be stuck between two other people and be bumped back and forth. The hotel we were placed in was non-ADA compliment. We requested a different hotel, but were charged the difference between the two hotels. Their lack of communication and terrible travel plans for us caused us to incur additional expenses. I will be placing a complaint with my employer and bridge health due to these issues. My father went to this doctor with difficulty swallowing and rapid weight loss and he had labs performed with results showing anemia that indicated possible cancer. However, Dr. Redal would not return his phone calls and ignored his letters and refused his repeated requests to authorize diagnostic tests, dismissing my father's concern as an overreaction. In the 3-week delay Dr. Redal caused, my father's condition worsened significantly, and as we feared, he was diagnosed with cancer. He passed away 6 months later. We filed a complaint with the State medical board, and while no violation was found, he could have made the crucial difference for my dad by simply authorizing an endoscopy immediately.

My husband came in wearing his classic uber-casual shirt which bears the slogan "My Balls Itch" on the front. The doctor entered his room, saw the shirt and, without missing a beat, said "I can give you something for that." :) He then went on to do a follow-up with my husband from an ER visit a few days prior and explained his diagnosis clearly to both of us. I give this guy two thumbs up - he put us at ease through wit and wisdom, yet took us seriously too as far as our concerns about my husband's health. My wife went to them in desperation, the treatment performed was ineffective. Being as this was the start of the insurance year, the surgery center demanded a huge payment up front. Stupidly, I paid them. They never filed the claim with the insurance company, so that was all out of pocket. Neither the Colorado Pain Clinic (who performed the procedure) or the surgery center is interested in correcting the situation. I am disgusted with Colorado Pain Care and the Premier Surgery center.

The initial approval process was a nightmare with them. A return call from people on all different levels was a pleasant surprise. My case manager was based out of Florida and stopped her work day at 2 PM MST (not helpful). I was passed off multiple times and took three weeks to get into an infusion. They refused to schedule my appointment until everything was approved (which was delayed on their ineptitude). About three levels of employees in I was able to set my appointment while they got their ducks in order. Two weeks ago their PA wouldn't allow my infusion because of a recent surgery. I tried to show her it was safe on my phone, she made a snarky comment about "Google doctor". Later found out through my highly esteemed doctor her info was wrong and their was no credible data to back her claim. She never followed up with my doctors like she said she would. I reach out to Vivo multiple times to get a new infusion scheduled, no return calls when they said they'd call back. Took a while to square away this hurdle, now it's their self proclaimed "blizzard" time of the year where they have to re run insurance for the year. I'm well into the danger zone of not having my infusion and they have no urgency. Tell me they submitted to my insurance and there's nothing I can do but wait. Call insurance to find out Vivo never submitted a claim. All in all, they don't know what they're doing on all levels. They stink at returning calls and following up on what they say they will. They leave little reason to trust their office when they make things up and don't deliver on their word. I've wasted so much of my time and energy at this place.
