Came in one day for a sliced pinky. Got seen right away. Front counter staff wasn't the best, but they were doable. I got stitches, figured out my insurance and left (2.5hrs). I call for a follow up appointment because that's what the Dr said to do! The counter staff tells me I can't make an appointment because I was a walk-in on the day I was provided "care." So they advised me to walk-in at the time the Dr started (@11am) and that I'd be seen right away from the specific Dr who gave me the stitches! I get told when I walk in that I'd have to wait 2.5hrs to be seen by the Dr. after I was told over the phone that I'd be seen right away since a simple removal process! Do Not believe anything the staff tells you over the phone. I wouldn't even recommend you coming to this location. Sadly, because I got my stitches at this location I have to get them removed at this location! Sad service and communication between all staff members. read more

I'm staying at the extended stay literally 10 steps away (not an under exaggeration). The wait was 2 hours. I feel like ran over dog crap; they will not let me wait (and they don't have a text wait in your car system) next door. If I leave, even if it's 10 steps away; they will not call / they will remove you from the waiting list to be seen. Typical rude female office staff who feel powerful "running" an office. read more

I definitely will not be coming back here. They charged me $80 for a service that they did not perform. I will definitely be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I came here for a drug screening. They charged me then made me wait almost 5 hours and the screening was never performed. I arrived at around noon and didn't get out of there until after 5pm! I initially waited about 30-45 minutes before I was called back, which was no problem. Not too long of a wait. So, I went to the back and urinated, but it wasn't enough, so I was sent back out to wait a while until ready to try again, which I was fine with. Told them after about 30 mins that I was ready to try again. Front desk lady seemed to alert them that I was ready, but I was never called back. Was then left waiting for nearly 2 more hours. Finally went to the front desk to check what was taking so long. Front desk lady appeared to alert them again that I was still waiting. Was never called back. Was then left waiting for almost another hour before I was finally called to the front desk where they said the time had expired and I couldn't do the test at all now. So, unless you literally have all day to do nothing but sit and wait and pay for a service but not receive the service, I wouldn't advise coming here. read more

@ConcentraHealth Waiting. So much waiting. Had an appointment. Was brought back to exam room. Sat in exam room for 46 minutes waiting. Just waiting. Waiting. Patiently waiting. Why was I waiting so long? Time is precious. Time is money. Why do I have an appointment if I am going to sit in a posterless, artless, magazineless, pamphletless, drab, warm room for so long? A sign on the wall with mounted medical equipment said "check your stats." So, to pass the time, I played with said equipment and checked my blood pressures, bodily temperatures and the like because the sign told me to. I drew cave paintings on the paper on the exam table. It was fun as I waited. And so warm in the room. So hard to stay awake. I opened the door for precious cool air from the hallway to come in lest hallucinations due to the heat stroke struck me. No water was to be found anywhere. Staff was nice. Doctors seemed knowledge. I patiently waited. So patiently. For 46 minutes. It was rediculous, absurd and sort of caused mild anger in me despite being patient. I shouldn't have to wait so long to see someone when I had an appointment. What is the act of making an appointment really for? Couldn't I have had the appointment for 46 minutes later and just walked in off the street to the doctor waiting for me? Luckily I was not closterphobic. Hopefully you have time to spare when you go here. You'll be glad you did. Because you'll most likely wait. And come in hydrated. read more

Ah urgent care, how I dislike you so. To make matters worse I am here for an on the job injury. I always feel as though I am being rushed through in this setting and therefore receive less than adequate care. Upsides to concentra there are xray facilities here and they are more capable than most urgent care centers. I still leave feeling as though I was rushed through. So over all, I would go here before another urgent care center, but i'd really just go to the ER since I am insured. read more

Was in extreme pain and was told it would be 3 hours total time in the clinic. I asked if how long would it be in the waiting room since sitting is very painful. The response I received was 3 hours total time in the clinic. Staff could use a little empathy, and location should be changed to eventual care. read more

It's going to be 5 hrs since I check in, at 4 hours they sent me back for exam. I had no idea this would take so long just to get checked for congestion. Nobody was rude to me, however I would go elsewhere for a check up. I'm still currently waiting, I would bring headphones so you can watch movies. read more

I got to this care center at 2:07 and couldn't leave until 5:00. I had to take a drug screening test a hearing test, a breath test, and lifting some weights. This all should not have taken three hours to accomplish the management of time and operations is terrible and if I could describe this place with one word it would be PATHETIC. read more

I went in for UTI was supposed to have medication called in so rushed to the pharmacy to find that nothing was called in. By this time the urgent care is closed with no way to leave message. So I have to suffer one night and at least a day. Hopefully, they will call it in this time. I'd avoid this urgent care. read more

I was on a business trip in Denver when I fell and sprained my ankle. It felt like it was broken into a million pieces at the time. The staff was extremely friendly, caring and professional. They treated me with the best care and their bedside manner was excellent. I've been to many urgent cares and usually dread having to go to one. I work in the midfield also and usually have terrible experiences at these places. BUT, I can say I was really impressed. Not only but the medical staff but even the MD was great! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Which is very rare. There was a small wait due to a ton of walk ins (normal for urgent care) but I was in and out in about 1.5 hours. NOT BAD AT ALL PEOPLE!!! I am back in LA and feeling much better now thanks to these people. Thank you thank you thank you to the loving staff at Concentra who made this nightmare experience as easy as possible for me. My significant other had an accident and they were being extremely and caring and rude saying I cannot be there because of Covid this is one of the only doctors offices I know that is doing this still currently even knowing that I am The emergency contact and the decision maker. PA Joslyn is awful and should be avoided. After telling him I had tried Claritin, he recommended I try Claritin. I understand it is a urgent care and that there is a high volume of patients, but his patient care and listening skills are seriously lacking. That being said, the front desk staff are fantastic and are the only reason I am giving this location 3 stars. read more

These stars are for Dr. Solot and the nurses. Do not go to PA-Cavender. You will wait nearly 2-3 hours if you do. Doctor Solot is the best in every way. Excellent manners and knowledge and great on time! Also front desk ladies are professional as well so don't give them a hard time. read more

The worst urgent care I have ever been. every time I come the staff is rude and condescending. This last time One of their MAs , try to draw my blood without washing their hands and putting on gloves and wasn't even prepared to wipe the site with alcohol wipes. When I asked her three times she got an attitude and still proceeded to try and violate my rights and proceed with care when I ask for another person to draw my blood. after stopping her and asked her to get another person she came back with my labs and told me to go somewhere else. I ask for her manager her manager proceeded to tell me that I needed to leave. said that every time I come I am hostile when I've only been there a few times and barely talk because of how rude they are. stand up for yourself in your health this is what you get. You saved the Concentra name in my opinion. I had a simply terrible experience at the clinic on Iliff. It was dirty, depressing and filled with unfriendly people. This one is incredible. It was beautiful inside, people working there are amazing and I was in and out very quickly. More importantly, they set the correct expectation mentioning that since I was a walk-in that I may have to wait for an hour or two, even though my visit lasted no more than 40 minutes. I came in to do a drug test for school. I was greeted when I walked in and they let me know that they would be with me shortly, since both employees were helping other people. When I got to the counter they let me know it would be about 30 minutes, gave me the paperwork, and let me know what items to bring back up front when I was finished. I dealt with 3 different women here and they all were very kind and professional. There was a point when a patient in the waiting room became upset because they had been waiting and the employee handled it well. She apologized and gave the patient the time frame she was looking at to get them back. It did take 30 minutes for me to complete the process. This time quote was from the time I walked in to being finished, so it's not like I had to wait this long after my paperwork was done. I would come back here in the future for sure. read more

Wait, wait some more and then wait again. I had to come here for an injury I sustained at work. I get it I work in the health industry but making patients wait in the waiting room for an hour and then wait in the room for an hour and then wait to check out...... Then they insist I come back for recheck and since the day I am supposed to come back is fully booked they say "we can just double book you". WHATTTTTTT!!! Never again. Longest wait time ever!! They brought me back to the room and I waited for over an hour! I swear they forgot about me.

I had an appointment for a work physical and they had no idea what was going on. Had to wait over an hour because they didn't know what physical was needed. They obviously don't check to see who's coming in and what they need. They didn't have all the materials so I had to come back two days later and get blood work and more stuff done. Got a huge bruise on my arm. They did not send my blood or urine work out in a timely manner so it became old and untestable so now I have to go back and do it again, because they forgot how to do their job. read more

So I had to walk in to this clinic to get a DOT physical done because our wise government thinks that our primary care physicians who know our entire medical history are not capable of determining whether we are medically safe to drive on the roads. I spent $103 for PA Jonathan Joslyn to spend 3 minutes with me and then he couldn't even fill out the paperwork correctly. I have called several times to have the error corrected it is a very minor error that has significant consequences. He ran me through the exam like I was in an aerobics class and then started lecturing me about risk factors about my health without even listening to me that I see my doctor on a regular basis which as a doctor he should know being I had just had a physical and blood work done at my doctors office. I would think that at over $25 a minute he could at least do his job correctly and if he did make a mistake fix it promptly or call the patient to explain why he doesn't think it is a mistake. PA Joslyn is pompous jerk who knows that because he works at a walk in clinic that he may not see his patients again so there is no consequences for his lack of listening skills and wrong diagnosis. read more

The staff up front is so so friendly, I wouldn't care either with their crappy pay. The front desk staff is slow, they sit there and talk about non work stuff while your waiting to check out.
