I will never be going here again and will never recommend this place. The staff is horrible, rude, and just plan assholes. I went there for urgent care to take care of a debilitating migraine. As soon as I walked in, they were rude and had a horrible tone. They do not want urgent care patients. I am a CDL holder. I came to this Concentra on Tuesday 07/11/2023 for my annual DOT exam. I was here from 11:00 to 17:00, six hours. Unacceptable. I was then given my Medical Exam Certificate and went to the DMV to hand it in. I was told that the certificate was incomplete. I had to go back to Concentra and spoke with the Office Manager. I was livid. Stop going to Concentra! I have I told my company I refuse to use Concentra and just send me to a chiropractor. This isn't the first time Concentra staff have screwed up. Probably why they aren't working in hospitals or doctor's offices. read more

I came in at 4:40 and they close at 5. I had just fallen and my ankle was severely swollen and broken. The receptionist refused to have me seen because they stopped taking patients. She said the doctor was adamant about leaving at 5:00! A place that really does not care about the well being of their patient. Never go here. read more

came in for DOT physical on Wednesday staff and nurse practitioner were amazing. Just had to have my doctor sign a form about a sleeping medication I take. went to my doctor got the paperwork, took back to Concentra they were closed. Went back Thursday and was told the NP was not there come back Friday. I have been sitting here for over 2 hrs. they told me they would keep me updated, I have beven ignored for over 2 hrs, the only time I get information is if I go ask. I am not sure where the staff from Wednesday is but the staff today is by far the worst. it should Not take 3 hrs to look at my doctors form and issue DOT certificate. they tried to tell me to come back Monday but I start my job Monday at 7am and they don't open til 8am. if you don't have to come to this office DONT! terrible experience on Friday compared to Wednesday, so sad because I wanted to give a good review but after 3 hrs and still sitting here if I c give a 0 stars I would read more

I came in this morning at 11:40a to do a guard physical for my job, they didn't call me back into the room until 1p ( I've seen the sign that says short staffed and I'm a very understanding person so I wasn't tripping, UNTIL they made me wait another hour) the doctor ( she was a very nice lady, she can tell i was upset and tried to cheer me up but still ) she comes in at 2p, just for her to tell me that I failed my eye exam and I need to come back with my glasses to retest , after she said that , she did my physical which only took 7 mins, after that she told me the nurse will come in and bring in papers, i waited another 15 mins and i left @ 2:30p when I tell you I'm PISSED?! I went in for a work related injury, even though the room was not anywhere near full, still took over 2 hours for me to be seen. Once I was seen, and after x rays, they told me to come back another day because it was getting late and didn't show me any results. The pt side is good, took great care of me, but as for the medical side, even after scheduling an appointment, I was in the waiting room for 1 hour still waiting to be seen read more

Really nice staff. Really helpful. But the place is dirty. The lobby chairs are disgusting and there were little droplets of what I'm guessing was someone's body fluid on the chair in the exam room. They also ran out of IV fluid which was the main reason I was there. read more

Do not go here. My wife had an UTI and was visiting my father at a hospital nearby and hadn't taken her antibiotic for her UTI for 15 hours ( she was supposed to take it every 12 hours). But it was not very effective against her UTI, just providing a couple hours of relief so we needed to culture a new strain to find the right type of antibiotic. So we asked for a sterilized urinalysis cup from the nurse and went to concentra to get it analysed. They said they would not take the sample, since it was less likely to have a false negative due to the long time since the antibiotic. They wanted her to take a new sample. They also said the new sample would probably turn up negative because of the antibiotics. Which we just described to her (this has happened before and we described the situation to them, which led to her suffering from an UTI for 3 months before they could get a proper culture). And they still refused to take the sample that would have the live bacteria. So now we wasted an hour and money. But worse we lost the opportunity to properly diagnose the infection and prevent months of suffering. read more

I came in to get a quick physical, so I thought I came in was the 2nd person here about 3 more people walked in 5 minutes later. The whole waiting room was now empty but me still sitting an hour after arriving. I ask the front desk how long does this take she proceeded to tell me and hour and 45 minutes. Thats ridiculous, then she proceeded to tell me after I told her you have let numerous people back and I'm still here she said well you still have to wait to see the doctor okay everyone that walked in was seeing the doctor so basically you come in here turn in your paperwork and they out you in the order they want to have you see the doctor. I will never come back to this location the staff is not helpful they sit around and talk for about 10-15 minutes before they decide to move to the next patient. I will be writing more reviews about this location and the outrageous wait time and treatment from the clinic read more

My assigned provider was supposed to help me with a work related injury, but I felt as though I wasn't properly examined and he was essentially just rushing me out to see the next patient. Based on the report he gave me, he also harshly undermined the severity of my condition and failed to listen or pay attention to key functions of my job that would make my condition worse and sent me back. David was the only practitioner I worked with but if he's anything to go off of, Concentra Aurora is no place to go for your medical needs. read more
