Knowing I probably needed another opinion, I went to Graystone several days later and was treated by an amazing physician who found 4 total fragments lodged in my eye!. 2 larger pieces and 2 smaller ones offset from the center of my eye..I was told by the attending specialist he couldn't believe someone couldn't see the metal because it was so large in terms of objects in the eye, and could be visibly seen by basic observation. Not only was I carelessly cleared by Paul the P.A., but I also called to report the incident after my procedure at Graystone, and was told by AFC management, they would review the matter, and I would receive a phone call in a few days to find resolution for this issue.. Guess who is still waiting for that call a month later? You guessed it, I did!..I wouldn't recommend anyone taking their loved ones here and would most certainly advise against going to the facility if it is at all possible! Best of Luck to All!

I would highly recommend this medical center. The service there is beyond what YRMC would or could…read moredo. I went there and my wait time in the waiting room was no more than 20 minutes in fact I didn't have all my papers filled yet when they called me to go to exam room. They asked all the right questions and come up with a plan according to my symptoms. They did CT scan, blood work, X-rays, and ultra sound for possible blood clots in my legs, along with a breathing treatment for my COPD. With everything they had done I was offered to stay the night or go home. I chose home but in all I was there about 4 hours. YRMC made me sit in waiting room 4.5 hours and I was never taken to exam room I got up and walked out.

I feel like I can easily talk to her and tell her any problems I am having. I have seen other doctors here as well when she is not available and they are all very nice as well. I recommend this doctors office. I have not had any issues being a patient at this office.

My providers were amazing, and took my fear of needles into account. Completely painless. Not a review of the care since we could not even get an appointment, My wife is experiencing an…read moreacute episode of vesicular erosive type lesions which need a biopsy for a definitive diagnosis when the lesions are active. We were given a choice of 10 months from now. These lesions could portend a systemic autoimmune disease and need to be diagnosed when the blisters are present, I guess we will go to the hospital ER and see if they will call dermatology for a consult. Not all dermatology is cosmetic, acne or cancer screenings, I chose this practice because they advertise they have a dermatopathologist.
