I have also had an abdominal ultrasound done. All of the techs are very nice. They do their jobs well and are very caring. I appreciate the fact that most of the CT staff are trained to access power ports for the IV contrast. I only wish the MRI staff were, as well. Last time, it took 3 people, and 5 tries, to get my IV going.

There's plenty of parking as the lot is quite large and it is located at the main entrance for easy access. When you step into the lobby you will see the large reception area. Someone on the staff will cheerily offer assistance to guide you as to who can help you quickly. There wasn't a wait for service and once you check in at front desk you will be guided to seating area. I didn't have to wait but approx 5mins before someone on the medical staff came out to escort me inside the clinical area. So nice not to have to wait for ages to be seen. My appt was 4pm which seemed like a good time to pick if you want a stress free 1st experience. As I was waiting a few people came in wondering where audiology was. Just so you know...it's upstairs.

After watching several patients being admitted after I had arrived, I asked why all those people were admitted ahead of me. They said I had a same-day appointment and they were trying to fit me in. This was not true; my appointment was made two weeks previously and confirmed by telephone a couple of days previously. The office staff apologized and finally admitted me at 11:30 am.

Nice that SC allows you to make an appointment with no script, mammograms are wellness and glad it is super easy to take care of this requirement in SC with such a great facility and staff.

I was on the fence about having an MRI for a foot injury. After rescheduling, I ignored the…read more"pre-sign in" online because the cost showed $2500 and I wanted more information. I arrived 30 minutes early so that I could go through all of the forms and discuss the $2500. I was advised that insurance may help me with the $2500, and so I paid the $500 co-pay and had the MRI. A month later, I receive the statement that shows the original cost of the MRI was $8,878. It has been "adjusted" down, but I still owe $2100, on top of the $500 I already paid. I NEVER would have proceeded with this treatment had the lady in the office been honest about the full $8,878 cost of this treatment. I feel like I have been lied to and robbed! Unbelievable.

I had the pleasure of accompanying my daughter to this place. She had hurt her left knee by running…read moretoo fast during a exercise romp. It's been about two weeks since her injury occurred and it's not getting any better. She is here to get an MRI. I've been here twice in the past for two separate incidents that required an MRI. each time then surgery! I hope to goodness that she hasn't wrecked her knee; but it seems that way.This place does an amazing job! Most local primary care physicians send their patients here. We probably won't know anything tonight about what the technicians see, but I told her to ask anyway after they are done.I'm her loving Daddy and I'm hoping for a good outcome! I recommend this place to patients but most local doctors recommend them before me !
