For whatever reason, whether it's the staff, management, protocol , etc., their front desk staff is one clown short of a circus. I've been trying to make an appointment with another dr's office (based on the referral of my EMG dr), and FOR 3 MONTHS they've unsuccessfully faxed my records over. The part that gets me every time is the fact that I was told for 3 months that they had been faxed/were faxing them then-and-there every time I called. They weren't b/c I later found out they "didn't know what records to send" (complete lie; I labeled which ones on my signed consent form). They need to hire better office staff b/c the incompetency and unprofessionalism (lying to me about having faxed them) is just completely unacceptable. Stupid idiots...

I was contacted saying that my prescription had been refilled and was subsequently charged for it. I received top-notch, high-quality care and services from the second I walked in the door! Once I entered the building, I was greeted by Norma, the receptionist, with a big, warm smile. She set the stage for a warm, nurturing environment. After checking me in, she assured me that I would be seen shortly. She was not kidding! I was called before I could take off my coat and be seated. This was about one minute after check-in. Jackie, the Nurse Technician, was kind and informative as she escorted me to my room and during my initial assessment. Jackie ensured that I was relaxed and did not need anything. Once she was finished, Sandy, the Registered Nurse, entered the room in about three minutes from the time Jackie concluded her initial assessment. This is unbelievable. I'd rate this place a 5 if the waits weren't so insane. I took my daughter for blood work this summer and we were there for more than an hour and a half before we were seen for labs. For labs? I've never waited for more than 20 min anywhere else. Especially puzzling because the waiting room wasn't very full. Don't use this Immediate Care if you're wanting immediate care. It's more "eventually we might get around to you" care. But once you're seen, it's at least great care.
