I've been here a few times. The first I had diverticulitis and Dr argued with me that I didn't have a fever so I couldn't have it. At home I had a fever. So rude. CT scan showed diverticulitis. Got script which from what I understand was not typical protocol. It worked though. Went several more times. Once I had a very sweet Dr who showed me my scan and how I was not absorbing any fluids as they were all seen on scan which she showed my husband and myself. She gave me some iv fluids and light pain meds and things started working again as I had to pee like crazy. Went home after a couple hours feeling better. Very kind Dr. 3rd time I was sent for a ct scan by my Dr because she felt a mass. The techs were nice but my contrast dripped out of my iv all over the place. They did not re-administer because she said scans were adequate. I still got charged for the contrast which is not cheap and this is not my first time so I know you r supposed to get a metallic taste and ferl it when it hits your privates. I did not get that as my contrast was on my gown bed and floor. Last time was December 2024. I was in massive pain all up my left side and had a uti. I felt it was up higher but the ct just showed bladder thickening so they blew off my extreme pain. The nurse actually gave me Tylenol for at least level 7-8 pain. I should have thrown it at her. I was treated poorly and my pain was dismissed. I certainly wouldn't have gone to the er for a simple uti. I will never go back there. One out of four was a good visit. Oh and they charge like $14k for a ct w contrast. I got a more recent one at advocate for around $2500. read more

I had a very pleasant experience. I was sent here today after a visit to the minute clinic/- just for precautionary measures. Everyone was so friendly. From the moment I walked in I was treated with great hospitality. One thing I particularly hate about hospitals is how long you have to wait-while you're waiting for the next step, but here I feel like my wait times were pretty reasonable. I feel everyone took such great care of me. They did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable and for that I am grateful! Huge thank you to the whole staff! read more

Overcharged practice on their Emergency service for CT scan ! My wife went to Emergency room for CT Scan Abdomen and Pelvis with Contrast without any treatment and end up with 18.1K bill; Regarding their Emergency Center's services, Personally believes they are overcharged and inflated. They are so called non profit organization but charged with inflated pricing for their medical services. My wife went there in April 2025, and asked to wait for the CT scan, she was waiting more than 3-4 hours, and proceed the CT scan, and then released. Below are their summary charges: || || |CT Scan ||$8,133.00| |Pharmacy||$2,310.15| |Professional Fees||$822.00| |Emergency room ||$5,951.00| |Laboratory||$905.00| Total of $18.121.15 Their Emergency Room charge was $5,951, almost $1,200 per hour on waiting charge, plus CT scan abdomen and Pelvis with contrast (CPT 74177) and (Q9967) contrast for total $10,373; which was the charge for CT Abdomen and Pelvis with Contrast $8,133 and the charge for contrast (Q9967) Iopamidol 76% soln $2,240. I tried to contact their billing and waiting for few days on itemized charges information, trying to discuss to customer service and escalated person and then supervisor, and still indefinitely waiting for their supervisor to call back and respond. I also contacted their patient Experience line and email them about my wife billing, as a result, the person called Richard Devries, claimed their service is well within usual and customary charges for our geographical area. I really don't understand how these charges $18,121.15 can be justified with a CT scan without any treatment. read more

Went in as a patient today. I was having severe menstrual cramps. I overheard the blonde registration lady speaking to one of the PCTs. She loudly said to her "guess what this one just came in for"... "menstrual cramps". The other lady responded, "OMG, that's your emergency, have a heating pad and call it a day". Super unprofessional. I work in healthcare myself and would never speak about a patient in this matter. I would not come in to the ER, if I truly wasn't in pain. read more

Prescribed useless medication twice now. will be returning shortly with extreme chest pain. my whole family is now sick and its your fault for only prescribing benzonatate then saying its in my head. EDIT: the day after posting this review, i went back in. I was prescribed a steroid, antibiotic, which i basically had to beg for. now im finally clearing up. downside is that i can only huff cough. my brain and chest still hurt from the fits. still getting fever flashes. my chest mucus is dark green. my sinuses are purging white glue. i was never properly diagnosed. thanks PA. i bet this is walking pneumonia.. read more

my wife, seven months pregnant, drove me here unconscious after a bad fall. she pulled up and went inside looking for help bringing me inside, and they refused. they would not bring me inside and told her to take me to the hospital. read more

I would like to communicate my dissatisfied experience at this ER and improper medical care. My 9 year old son arrived with a nasal trauma, after running head on to a firehydrant. They took xrays and stitched him up. Dr. B confirmed that his nose wasnt fracture. Weeks later his nose still didnt look right to me, so I took him to a specialist. He immediately noticed that his nose was fracture and the suture job was misaligned. Due to delayed diagnosis, my son has to wait 9 years to correct his nose, which should have been discovered at the ER with CT scan. The Er doctor was never concerned with a possible internal injury. They failed at the most important test. Not only does my child has to wait 9 years to undergo rhinoplasty but also face psychological aspects acquired and respiratory issues left by this trauma. read more

I had been having bad pain in my back left shoulder blade for a week and mentioned it to my thyroid doctor who said I needed to get to the ER to rule out a heart problem or pancreatitis. Needless to say, I was worried. I was lucky that the ER had no wait when I arrived & I was seen promptly. They did EKG, chest X-ray, and bloodwork for heart markers, liver enzymes and pancreatic enzymes, etc. Everything came back fine. Doctor said the exact words: "Everything looks beautiful!" I asked if I needed a CT scan to look at organs, and they said it was not necessary since the tests all came back normal. Needless to say, I was extremely relieved after worrying for a week! I really can't say enough about the great care I received. Dr. Garcia was very attentive and friendly with a great bedside manner which helped put me at ease. Nurse Delaney was great too--very calm and compassionate. I feel very lucky that this ER is two minutes from my house, though hopefully we won't need to use it much! read more

Welcome promptly upon arrival. Immediately seen by ER physician. Staff is pleasant and efficient. They talk you through the planned course of test & treatments. Facility is adequately able to assist just about type test or procedure. Edwards Health is always my first choice for my medical needs. read more

I went to the ER late night for a situation of mine. The nurses where pretty nice as well as the doctor. The only problem I really had is they stuck me like 4-5 times because they couldn't draw blood. It took one of their more prominent nurses to solve the situation. read more

It did take awhile to get taken to the back figuring there probably low staff so I really didn't mind but the staff and doctor were amazing and very helpful read more

On 2/09/19 my wife and I visited the ER and she was directed to have an ultrasound done. We met John the technician, who was spectacular. His knowledge and thouroughness was above and beyond what we could've asked for. John eased our concerns by explaining many of our questions and also sharing some of his personal experiences, which was very kind and personable of him. To any supervisor reading this, know that John is a tremendous asset to your hospital and puts a great emphasis on patient care and service. A+++ employee and human being. read more

Pretty annoying!! I saw the PA for intense pain from a molar that must have gotten infected - I've been talking so much ibuprofen and Tylenol and still in tears last two days - I finally go to ER and first off I got the feeling she didn't believe I was in pain !! She looks in my mouth and says there's no swelling !!! Then I said don't touch it she says don't touch what like there's nothing going to hurt if she touched anything !! I said my lower tooth is in a lot of pain ! My entire cheek jaw temple is hurting !! Second she gave me a shot not much and I said it still hurt - you would think she would wait to see if my pain subsided NOPE! sent me home and I am still in pain!!!! I was skeptical but left anyways she said it would take a while- I get that people probably pull stuff w them all the time but my god look at my chart zero pain meds in many many years!!! I'm home and still in pain!!! Unbelievable!!! read more

I will not go back for a possible life threatening incident. I arrived with an allergic reaction that was closing my throat up quickly and was told first that I had to wait in a line about 5 deep. Then, I asked to go ahead of them and the people let me. Finally a nurse said no I did not have to wait, as my throat continued to close. Then, the Dr. did not immediately give me epinephrine that would have stopped the total reaction. Instead, gave me benadryl. I was in pain and the Dr. suggested Morphine. I told her I am allergic to codeine and pretty sure morphine too. She said she doubted that. I asked for the smallest dose. I had a reaction to the morphine that was so painful in my chest, that it effected my heart. I kept asking for more benadryl to stop the reaction. She said she could not give me anything else and that this was not a symptom of a reaction. I told her the pain was going to effect my heart. It did. I had to wait it out in unbearable pain. She said she needed to admit me now due to my chest pain, which she caused. I refused and went home. I googled of course the symptoms and it was CHEST PAIN. The nurse actually knew more than the Dr., but she did not listen to her. And yes, I am allergic to morphine and she should have immediately given me epinephrine to stop all allergies. I will never go back there. Others have complained about them, even a Dr. I know there. They also did not treat my daughter in law right when she went in which caused problems for her later. read more
