These could be the best doctors in the world but it doesn't really matter if you can never see them or get test results. The office never answers the phone and even after multiple messages does not return calls. read more

I normally don't write reviews but compelled to do so as I read some negative reviews. I have been going to DR Office for almost 20+ years. I have seen all the doctors there (Dr. Tran, Dr. Feng & Dr. Ayesha) and thoroughly impressed with the level of care I receive every time. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the office is clean and well organized. They take their time to go over your medical history , listen to your concerns and provide clear explanation and guidance. Have been going to this doctor for years. I don't know why because it is a terrible practice. I've been dealing for years with depression and I finally find a medication that helps so I spoke with Dr. Feng and she told me even though that medication was helping me she won't prescribe it and then told me to just do whatever I have to do and she refused to help. They're not looking to help anyone, just looking to get patients in and out with little to no help. Unfortunately could not give zero stars. read more

They are all pretty friendly here. It is a walk-in clinic so you will be waiting usually a pretty long time. So, if its something you can wait and make an appointment for I would. I had an appointment for my yearly physical and still waited. My appointment was for 12:30pm so I arrived about five minutes before. I got called back at 12:50 something and they did the basic ht/wt, eye sight, blood pressure, etc. at 1:00 I waited for the doctor to come. She came in probably closer to 1:20. She did some things and we talked about family history and any concerns which took about ten minutes. At 1:30 I waited for blood work and then the nurse came back I to give me an EKG and shot. I was done and put at 1:50. So even with an appointment I was there a good about hour and a half. People that had been sitting there were complaining of waiting (they were walk-ins). I definitely have had to wait a long time in the last for being a walk-in. The nurse there at today's visit was training a girl and she even commented how this doctor I was seeing is always behind schedule. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE... The staff is cold, rude and there is ZERO Customer Service... YES - even in a Drs office you are a "CUSTOMER" Got there a few minutes after 9am (when they opened), 7th in line. Ok, so a wait is expected. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor... I had to get to work. I went up to the desk at 10:15 and told the staff - "I have to leave by 10:45 to get to work in NYC". The nurse said - "I was just about to call you". I said "ok, great", and sat back down. 24 minutes later - STILL NOT CALLED ! (I guess the phrase "just about" means 30 minutes from now") I went back up to the desk and again told them I had to leave by 10:45... I have 6 minutes. I love going to see Dr. Tran. He takes his time to listen to all of my concerns, asking me questions, and genuinely making sure that all my needs are addressed. He has excellent bedside manner- something not really typical in comparison to other doctor offices. Make sure to make an appointment! Although they used to take walk-in's they are no longer doing that because of COVID. I have gone to Dr. Feng previously. She is very knowledgeable but I just personally felt a warmer approach from Dr. Tran. read more

She barged in, asked a few questions after I had been waiting for almost two hours, jammed a cotton swab down my throat for a strep test and disappeared (blond hair, wears glasses, maybe about 30). My insurance doesn't charge a copay for an annual physical. In an effort to increase billing, they changed the code of my physical so I would have to make my copay (their reasoning was because they refilled an allergy prescription of mine while I was there). When I called and inquired about the questionable practice, they told me, "I'm sorry, that's how we do it here." I offered them a choice: they could keep me as a patient or my copay, but not both. I walked in yesterday at 4:30. There was 1 other person waiting with her young son. His eyes were very red and swollen and he looked very sick. By 5:40 the waiting room was full and no patient had been taken back to see the doctor and no patient had left. I asked the receptionist how much longer the wait would be and she could not give me any information. I finally left without being seen. Very unprofessional. read more

We had an emergency last Friday night at a friend's house and had to get to the nearest Urgent Care. My son was having an anaphylactic reaction to accidentally ingested tree nuts. After understanding the urgency of the situation, we were given an examination room for the nurse to take vitals immediately. Doctor Feng came shortly after. We found the Doctor to be kind, reassuring, responsive to my concerns as a mom, and most importantly, very very caring towards my son. Her treatment was decisive and her demeanor calm -- critical when your child is already having enough trouble breathing. We couldn't be more grateful to Dr. Feng who was actually working on Chinese New Year's Eve...traditionally, a night when Chinese celebrate with friends and family and never, ever work. She was our New Year's blessing. read more

The Doctors Office is great. They're open late on the weekdays (until 9pm) and even have small weekend hours. Since they ALSO accept walk ins in addition to regular appointments, if you have a walk in yes you WILL have to wait. That's what happens when you don't have a scheduled appointment. I have been to this location for "non-urgent" needs such as a sinus infection, cough, possible fracture of a bone. The front desk reception was helpful with checking me in, processing my insurance. The physicians have always been attentive, respectful and addressed my illnesses promptly. I appreciate the location having weekend hours. read more

Very disappointed in this establishment. First of all my mother is a 70 year old woman with COPD she was having trouble breathing and needed to see a doctor. She was told the doctor was on vacation she wasn't referred to someone else she was not given her prescriptions and when she told the woman working there she was so sick she was scared of dying the woman's reply was "you're only 70 you won't die" that is just blatant unprofessionalism. I made her find a new doctor and cannot believe the difference in the care she is now receiving. If you want to take someone here please don't. You are just a number. And lucky for them nothing happened to my mother because of their negligence because this would have been done face to face and it would not have been pretty. Don't be in the health "care" industry if you don't care at all about the patients. read more

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been too. The staff is disgusting. They are rude, unethical, and talk about you right in front of your face. Dirty looks, attitudes, etc. My niece was told she was not allowed to use the bathroom while crying in pain!! Every person next to us in the waiting room was saying to tell the front desk lady and they didn't mind if she went ahead of everyone as they all saw how badly the poor kid had to use the bathroom! Your front desk lady, Alicia then rudely denied her from using the restroom. I don't care what test my niece had to take, it's disgusting and I'm almost Positive ILLEGAL to deny someone the right to use the bathroom as a paying customer. No one should be treated the way your staff treats people. If they don't like their job than they should QUIT!!! I will never come back to your office and will tell everyone not to use your services. Brought my wife today 7/6/13 to the Doctor's Office and was not a happy experience. We went as a walk in and waited for 3 HOURS before waiting to be seen. The front desk staff are not very professional and when asked when we will be seen, they would state "you will be seen soon". When is soon? 3 hours later is soon? In addition you can hear the front desk staff talking about random things like power rangers or what they are shopping for. In addition the woman who was taking care of my wife checking her blood pressure and temperature was not a happy woman. I do not know if she is a nurse or CMA but poor customer service from her. Dr. Tran was the only person that was kind, considerate, and professional when dealing with us. Because of Dr Tran, this place is getting 2 stars otherwise I would have given this place 1/2 a star. I hope they will take this review to heart and make the necessary changes to make this place better because patients are customers too. read more

The doctor is very nice but the staff was extremely unprofessional to the point that I will not be returning. Called into the office for x-ray results and the admin assistant told me that I needed to come in and sign a release before I could have the results. I explained to her that I was in the office in the morning and the doctor had sent me for the x-rays. She then said that I should call the radiologist for the results. I explained that given I was not the doctor they would not give me the results. Her response was to put me on hold and not return to the line. After calling back several times another woman got on the phone and told me the results were not in and the doctor would call when they came in. I tried to explain that I needed to know in order tell my job whether I would be able to come into work the next day (I don't get paid for days off). I called the radiologists office and they confirmed that the results were sent. I did not hear back from the doctor so I called the office at 6:00 (no one picked up), 7:00 I was told the results were in but the doctor was too busy to speak to me and again at 8:20. At 8:20 I was told that the doctor was too busy to speak to me and that there was no guarantee that she would call me before the office closed at 9:00 PM. At that point my mother took the phone (yes I am adult but everyone at this point was frustrated) and told the woman on the other line that this was unprofessional and ridiculous and that without an answer I could not go to work the next day. The woman proceeded to say she didn't need to be yelled at and put us on hold without advising us that she was doing so. Note although my mother was frustrated she had not raised her voice. Miraculously minutes later the doctor got on the phone. Again the doctor was very nice but when you have to go through egos as large as these women tending the phone you could easily wind up with an ulcer to add to what ever other health issues you might have. Very very disappointed that I need to find a new doctor. I wish no stars would have to be given here. read more

Do not go, and especially do not go to see Dr. Tran. He is incredibly dismissive of the symptoms of patients, to the point of being hostile. I presently have the flu and what I can only assume at this point to be an upper respiratory tract infection. I went twice this week, the first time he did not use a stethoscope to examine me and relied solely on the flu test. He gave me Tamiflu, and sent me on my way. The next day symptoms moved to my chest. I went again with my mother, who he gave augmentin for an upper respiratory tract infection, then examined me with a stethoscope only after I had complained to another member of the staff, but said my lungs were clear even though I had been coughing up phlegm all day. He then offered to give me a script for antibiotics, but then suddenly changed his mind and said to call Friday if problems persisted. He then intentionally called me Zachary (my name is Zaharoula), laughed, and gave my mother her prescription and went on his merry way. My symptoms are only getting worse, I have a job interview on Monday. I will get my prescription tomorrow and no one in my family is ever going back. Wonderful office! I needed to be seen for ear pain, I went at 7pm after work. I love the hours even open on Sunday. Sometimes the waits can be long like the time I was there and an ambulance showed up, you never know what someone else is being seen for. And they do take appointments only when two doctors are working sometimes they run late Find me an office that's right on time and I still wouldn't go, that only means the doctor wont take extra time if I need it because someone else is waiting. I like that they take their time and help me and don't rush me out. read more

I agree with other reviews that they are not even worth a star. I called two and a half weeks ago asking to drop off an immunization record form as a graduate school student for Dr. Fang to fill out from my previous records.The woman at the front desk told me that I would hear back from them when the record had been signed to come pick it up because the doctor is not in every day. Not only did they never call me back about my immunization records, but they could not find the form I dropped off, and the doctor told me I will be charged a $25.00 fee for having her sign my previous record form! I have never paid a fee (especially one the size of a copay for a medical visit) for a doctor to sign a previous record form! When I asked the doctor what time I should come to pick it up, she told me "how many times have you been here don't you know our office hours?" after I explained to her the woman at the front desk told me I needed to wait to hear back before coming in to make sure it's signed before coming for it. Now I remember why I stopped going to this practice/doctor - rude, disorganized, awful bedside manner, and crooks when it comes to "fees." Save yourself the hassle and don't bother going here, especially for anything that will eventually need a follow-up! Horrible people! read more
