This was the worst urgent care experience I have ever had. I have visited this facility many times and usually received decent service. However, today's visit was especially disappointing. I waited over an hour in the waiting area, even though there were no other patients in the waiting room waiting. Perhaps there was one person being seen.  When I was finally called in, the assistant took my vitals, then the doctor entered the room. She didn't introduce herself (I later learned that her name is (Bernice Monroe )and kept asking if I had been wheezing. I responded negatively, and she briefly listened to my lungs and heart--about ten seconds. She then said she would prescribe a steroid, claiming it would treat the condition if it was allergies. I questioned this, clarifying that my symptoms didn't suggest allergies, and explained I'd been experiencing a chest cough and chest pain for several days. During this, she visibly yawned, looking tired rather than disinterested. I voiced my concerns about the steroid, noting there was no reason to prescribe it. I asked if she detected signs of pneumonia or bronchitis, and she responded no, but still planned to prescribe a steroid for allergies. She said if my symptoms worsened, possibly indicating bronchitis, it would treat that too--despite my clear statements to the contrary. I also pointed out she hadn't examined my ears, nose, or throat. She rolled her eyes and said, "oh, it's one of those days," before grabbing a tongue depressor. When I asked her to wear gloves, as she had requested me to open my mouth, she threw the depressor away, declared she was done, and left. I was so shocked by this lack of care that I told the waiting people they were about to be seen by a terrible doctor. This outburst was completely unlike me. I was just so outraged. I am at a loss for words about this whole experience. I am very disappointed because this location is quite convenient for me. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. An absolute ripoff. I wouldn't be surprised if some insurance fraud is happening. They used an incorrect procedure code making my fee higher. Non returned phone calls, always an excuse to not speak to the manager. Took months to resolve issue which still wasn't great but Im done dealing with it. 0 stars if I could. read more

Reddy, Shravan... is this individual even a doctor? I have no idea what just occurred in this facility but this 'doctor' literally was the biggest joke of a medical professional I have ever encountered. Upon entering, he is on his phone with his feet up on table as nurse takes information. Then the nurse was still getting my information, dr barges in says UTI rambles off meds to choose from, doesn't know my allergies or anything bc nurse still taking the information. I said I was having pain and he literally didn't come within 3 feet of me for the 2 mins he was in there. This 'DOC' is a walking malpractice. Very clean facility. Used to have wonderful doctors working there. The passed two times we have been there. They have dismissed everything I have said and hardly looked at my children. Listen, I didn't even get to go to this place, but the fact that they staff a Nurse Practitioner who is licensed to see pediatrics ages 2+ on the weekend when all pediatrician offices are closed and they say that they accept peds is absolutely unacceptable and poor planning. It would be beneficial to the office and the community if they had a provider who was licensed to see all peds The woman in the phone (who didn't identify herself when she called) was super sweet and apologetic, which is appreciated. Why was I able to book for my 23 month old if they didn't have the resources available? read more

What could improve is the handling of patients. I went to Urgent Care Atlantic Health in Succasunna. I wasn't feeling well. Thought I might have Covid or something else. Upon Arriving little before 12pm. I was told I could be a 2 hour or less wait. So I dicided to wait. Because I always respected Atlantic Health. I waited 2 1/2 hours. Nothing happening. I step up ask the receptionist what the problem. No communication to Patients. She told me I was one away for service. So I sat and waited. Finally at 4pm I was called. 4 hours wait. Really? Remove the Word Urgent from the Sign. I express my self to the Nurse practitioner taking care of me. She politely said she agreed me. I ask her if there was any other Doctor on duty. She stated she was only one. I couldn't believe it. Me. I felt bad for her. 1. Doctor? Finally I was diagnosed and on my way. A lesson learned. Over all the staff were polite and pleasant. While waiting the 4hours There must have been 10-12 patients come in. Then leave after seeing receptionist. When you have a medical facility urgent care. You must have the Doctor staff to take care of PEOPLE. I Respect Alantic Health They're Better this. read more

Took my son to this urgent care the second time for his school physical. This center is so clean you would think it was opened yesterday! The provider was very caring and attentive. The front desk Danielle has a very pleasant smile and easy to notice. The medical assistant Juliana was very detailed and I couldn't be happier. This place got good reviews on google so I thought I would try it. Made an appointment online and got there 10 minutes before like the text said. Office staff was nice after they got to me. Waited 50 minutes before being seen with what looked like 4 people in the waiting room and in offices. They opened at 8 my appointment was at 9:10-shouldn't be that far behind only an hour into the day. Saw the NP for 3 minutes, then he disappeared to get my prescription which took 10 more minutes. Unfortunately was misdiagnosed and at my regular physician today. Had higher expectations from the 5 star reviews. read more

Was NO care. Made an appointment because Thanksgiving someone swerving in and out of cars didn't see us so we got pushed off into the curb to avoid being hit. Front tire got destroyed. I hit the door with my shoulder. That was Thursday night. No insurance claim was no fault was avoiding a accident. So Saturday I make an appointment 1206 pm. I get there I go in check in sit down. Receptionist calls me over nice young lady, asked why am I here today. I explained what happened showed her my arm a picture of the tire. She's shocked at how bad the tire looked. She told me hold on a few minutes. Fine no problem I had work emails to read. She comes back and asked do I have a car insurance claim? I said no was a no fault I'm here on my own accord and insurance just to make sure I didn't mess up my shoulder. She says okay. She goes back again, comes back and says the doctor WON'T help you and said if you want to be treated go to the emergency room.... I'm like what? She said the emergency room could possibly treat you better.... All that happened in under 10 minutes. I wish someone else witnessed this but the waiting room was empty. Shocked I left by time I got home my fiance was on the phone with the car insurance. They even said it was a no fault, and that the urgent care had absolutely no right to turn me away. I left a review on Google about what happened, the response back was from someone known as the administrator telling me to call this number and hit two and when you do it hangs up on you. This was a few days ago. I responded back with my email address and told them to email me haven't heard a word not shocked. Worst part is they were trying to claim that I was yelling about my fiance needing treatment ASAP and I wouldn't wait 15 minutes now keep in mind I was there on my own accord and my fiance was at home had nothing to do with this. It was not yelling I sat there quietly answered the questions calmly when she has questions and that's what I got. I presume at that point the doctor had realized how they had screwed up so their best bet was to come up with a lie. This said administrator said well we'll watch the cameras go ahead do it please I'll buy all means I was there by myself at 12:06 Saturday and I got refuse treatment and was out the door by 12:10. If you need a place to go because something is wrong or you want to get something checked out Don't go here. The receptionist was nice and sweet The doctor whom I've never even met apparently was not. I felt bad for the receptionist. I'm an assistant manager trained with empathy understanding of situations and finding solutions, I don't turn people away and I don't lie about them. I don't see this place lasting long with a bad doctor like that and that's sad. Was nice to have a urgent care on my side of RT 10 To The receptionist you really were sweet and kind and nice and I'm so sorry you have to work with a doctor like that. To the person who calls himself the administrator shame on you if you're such an administrator you'd be able to reach out to somebody via the phone number they put in it your system.
