It should have been our first stop!! Denise knew we were exhausted and she catered to us in every way. While we relaxed on comfy sofas by a fireplace, my daughter tried on dresses that Denise had pulled for her, prior to our arrival. It only took a couple before my daughter said YES to the DRESS!! It was an amazing experience in every aspect!

I called about seeing their venue for my wedding, and she took my number and never called back. I called back two other times and finally just went in. The venue is beautiful, but you HAVE to use their DJ because he owns it. Boo. That thwarted, I dragged my bridesmaids in for their dresses. We found one we liked, I asked about price and the shop owner said they didn't have it ready. I gave her my information (AGAIN) and asked that she call me back. A week later, I called her. They'd lost my information and wouldn't even tell me what the name of the dress line was so I could get it somewhere else. These people were difficult to work with, irresponsible and completely unhelpful.

My mom and I walked into the store, the owner took one look at me and said "sorry, there are no dresses here large enough for you." We then left. When I walked in, there was no one in sight... I stood there for a minute or two, and then a woman finally came out. I told her I was searching for bridal gowns. She instantly said that they didn't have many in stock and "by the way... when's your wedding date?" I told her I didn't have a date set yet, because i just recently got engaged. She then walked me over to her limited selection of approximately 20 gowns and told me to pick one a size larger than I normally wear. That was one gown. And all of the others said they couldn't be ordered. On top of that, almost all of the bridal gowns had stains on them. I don't know if that was from people looking at them, or if they had been worn before. After I looked for 5 minutes I told the woman have a nice day and I left. As a retail manager, I was appalled by the lack of respect and enthusiasm by the woman working. When a new bride walks in to look at your gowns... Please be a little more excited for her next time... little actions can go a long way.
