The dresses have some wear and tear. A lot of pilling. You are in a big room with lots of other brides and their families. You will not get a unique and intimate experience here. Made an appt here for my Daughter and I to try on mother dresses and bridal dresses. After the mother dresses, the lady tells us she has no more time/help to start trying on bridal dresses. What??? That's why we made an appt lady!!!! She was pushy to only look at the racks of my size to encourage you to purchase off the rack dresses. I'm like...nooooo I'll be ordering a dress so I can look at all sizes for style. Who feels comfortable buying a dress that a ton of people have tried on? Gross! Very rude/extremely pushy -and short! While I didn't end up getting my dress from the outlet, I am so happy I came here! Nicole was assisting me in my first dress fitting and did a great job of asking for what I was looking for, making me feel comfortable and I really felt like she understood what I wanted. She found me the absolute perfect dress, but it was just a little too big, otherwise I totally would have gotten it!!! Ultimately, she helped me figure o it what I did and didn't like it a dress before I headed off to the flagship where I ended up finding THE one. Great prices here and felt like there were more options for us to look through on the floor rather than waiting for her to bring them to us like I felt at the flagship. I went to Becker Bridal Outlet this past weekend on Sunday morning. Phew, even during covid they were busy and the store was poppin at 10:00 am on Sunday. No matter, there is plenty of space to spread out. We never were in close contact with anyone except the ppl we came with and our consultant. Definitely make an appointment though. Morgan was my consultant. She was the perfect combination of hands on and hands off. She was very very chill which made me feel very relaxed. This is my third bridal shop appointment so I already knew what I wanted. Morgan showed me and my two guests where the crepe dresses were and they had way more selection than the last store I went to. I was ecstatic with the amount of choices in my size (8-12) there was. That's rare from a sample dress store perspective. Also Morgan did a great job listening to what I liked and didn't like for each dress I tried on. She picked up pretty quickly what factors I was going for. I never felt pressured from her to buy. She was the perfect mix of attentive and chill. The dress I bought was the second dress I tried on! Because the Outlet has sample dresses for sale you can confidently walk out WITH your dress that you bought. Saves on time more than other boutiques. That was a huge plus for me. Every single dress I tried on in the store was under $1000. Another huge plus. My dress that I ended up purchasing was $900 so within my budget range. Driving to Beckers is worth the 1.5 almost 2 hour drive for me. I can't wait to bring back my mom for her mother's dress. This store had the most options for me in my price range so I'm glad I went. Also, they let you and your guests pull dresses yourself which is so fun. Its clean inside and lots of space. Parking is ample too! read more

Could not have had a worse experience with the Outlet and Becker's bridal. I drove an hour to this store and decided to hit the outlet first because I could hit their main store on my way back home if I struck out at the outlet. I entered the outlet and began looking for dresses. I found a couple and as I'm trying to carry them, someone finally came to ask if I needed a room. I was interested in one and had a conversation with the lady working there. I explained exactly what I was looking for - mother of the bride dresses to try on before ordering. We talked about the purchasing policy at the outlet and I specifically told her I was going to go to their main store for the purpose of tying on other MOB dresses that I could order. Fast forward 30 minutes when I arrive at the main store and enter. I asked someone to direct me to the correct area and was told that the main store only carries wedding gowns and I would have to go to the store that I had just left. I then explained again that I was looking to order and not buy "off the rack" because they didn't have the right dress/size combination. I was told then that they can order almost all of the styles they have there. YIKES. At this point, I'm not driving 30 minutes back out of the way to the other store I had just left so taking my business elsewhere. Horrible communication, horrible service. read more

Lauren has been amazing to work with. She helped me find the wedding dress of my dreams! I told her my vision/budget and she pulled dresses that matched exactly what I was looking for. She is very professional, caring, and knowledgable on all things wedding dress. She will also be your biggest hype woman as well! Wedding dress shopping can be very stressful and overwhelming but Lauren supported me throughout the entire process and made it so much fun which I greatly appreciated. My experience was amazing, even during COVID-19! With COVID, you are only allowed 4 guests, must wear masks, and can only shop for 1.5 hours. You can request an appointment online, or I'm sure you can call. I brought 3 others with me, and I had a 2 o'clock slot. I was lucky enough to stay for 2 hours because I was Amanda's last appointment. Amanda, my consultant, was very sweet. I showed her pictures of the styles I liked and she suggested a size range for me. Then my bridal team and I went to work. My bridal squad and I pulled 6 dresses for me to initially try on. From there, Amanda would pull some dresses based on the original styles I chose. I'm thankful I showed Amanda pictures of the ones I liked online, because the dress I "said yes" to was a photo I had seen online! The atmosphere is awesome, it's very cute inside and you have your own dressing room with plenty of space. I would absolutely recommend. We drove 1.5 hours to get there and it was totally worth it. read more

I really can't say enough good things about my experience here. My friend recommended this outlet because she knew I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a wedding dress and they have plenty of options under $1,000. This was my first time trying on dresses and my mom and I weren't quite sure what we were doing and I felt beyond awkward. I have no idea if that's a relatable feeling for other brides. lol They had a good selection of dresses in my size, and even though it's a walk-in salon (you don't need to make an appointment to try on dresses) one of the consultants still worked with me really closely and helped me through the process. The staff were warm, welcoming, and gave great advice. I honestly couldn't imagine a more enjoyable first experience trying to find a wedding dress and I feel like a more confident bride because of them. On top of that, on the way home I realized I had lost my bracelet that I have had since I was young and is very sentimental (it was a gift from my grandmother and dad who have both passed away). I called the store hoping that I had snagged it on a dress and they had it!!! When I asked if they could hold it for a few days (because I was almost home and lived over an hour away) she immediately offered to wrap it up tightly and drop it in the mail. I am not sure why the woman was rude to my daughter and I when we went to get her measurements taken this past Sunday. My daughter had made an appointment for the measurements to be done and we were there on time. Perhaps it was that we weren't buying the dresses from them because 3 of the bridesmaids are out of state and they have to be ordered online. Nevertheless, the woman scolded us for not ordering from them and when asked if she could help us look at the size chart to order as close to the correct size as possible she said, "I don't think I can because we are so busy." No one else was in the shop at the time. I had 5 star experiences at the stores in Fowler....so I was disappointed. This is the first review that I have ever written. : ( read more

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a staff member, so right away we were warned about the way this outlet store works! Since this is an outlet, all the dresses are "as-is" and are sold off the rack at the price on the tag. They do not run to get you dresses or help you try the dresses on like other bridal stores with one-on-one consultant to bride services. They also told us that the waiting time for a dressing room was at least an hour. There were other customers standing around and waiting for dressing rooms, making the store seem extremely crowded. Their dress selection was quite large for an outlet, but most of the wedding dresses on the rack were not in garment bags and almost all of them were stained, ripped, torn, or had missing beading! Again, the sales worker was very honest about the wait time and workings of the store upfront so we knew we weren't going to be receiving the experience we wanted, so if you are like us and are looking for The Bridal Experience, then this store might not be for you! read more
