For example: Their office was contacted by the patient to relay the message that the medication they prescribed needs a prior authorization before the Pharmacy can fill the Rx. Was told it needed someone else (Bethany?) to action the prior authorization by calling Tricare to complete the prior authorization. that was more than 14 days ago and still nothing. No follow-ups, tried calling them (Mon-Thur), it goes to voice mail, but no one bothers to follow-up with Bethany nor the patient. Recommend going to another provider.

They charge no-show fees, yet it's nearly impossible to reach anyone. I've tried calling, emailing, faxing, and replying to texts with no response. Every visit has meant a long wait, and I'm willing to wait but the overall experience just isn't worth it. I've stuck with this place only because it's required for workers' comp; otherwise, I'd be long gone. I'm writing this review as I've been on hold for 30 minutes now and still counting, I've had other times where I've been on hold for almost an hour. They still use paper charts, there's no patient portal, and medication transfers take forever. If you're stuck with this clinic, treat the front desk like your last lifeline, book everything, ask everything, double-check everything, because once you walk out, it's radio silence. If you're looking for a regular provider, responsive care, avoid this place. And if you don't believe me, just follow the trail of 1- and 2-star reviews. I'm far from the only one.

As soon as I walked in--still under 15 minutes past my scheduled time--I was told I'd have to reschedule. This was especially frustrating since I had waited six weeks for this follow-up appointment regarding my test results. To make matters worse, I was supposed to have an EMG, which I later found out the provider doesn't even perform. The front desk receptionist was polite but clearly distracted, spending more time texting than assisting patients. Meanwhile, another patient who was early could have easily been seen before me, but the provider refused. The last time I was here, I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time for the provider with no issue--but apparently, the same courtesy doesn't apply to patients. They also don't call with MRI results, even when you're anxious to hear them, and then make you wait weeks for a follow-up. This practice has poor communication, little empathy, and no respect for patients' time. I'll be finding another neurologist.

I have been diagnosed with several bone and joint related problems in my back that need surgery. I…read more previously had a lumbar laminectomy to help minimize pain. That surgery was performed by a surgeon in Las Vegas. That surgery was considered a minimally invasive surgery. However, it took me nearly 5 months to heal enough to return to work without significant pain. The bigger issue was that I had more issues post surgery than I did before. I developed numbness in both legs and down to my feet as well as having strong shocks down my legs. I was referred to Dr. Arthur Ulm to help me with this issue. He agreed I wad a candidate for surgery given the symptoms I was presenting. I had surgery 4 weeks ago, and feel like a million bucks! He did an amazing job! Not only do I have relief from the aches and pains of joint issues, but the shocks going down my legs to my feet are gone! I haven't had this much pain and discomfort relief in over 8 years. He knows what he's doing for sure. His staff was attentive and helpful to me and my wife. He was very communicative and prepared. I felt very comfortable gabbing this work done under his charge. I would recommend him for anyone asking about him. Very happy with the result!

What makes it even more ridiculous is that I already completed the online check-in the day before. Yet when I finally got to the desk, I still had to hand over my driver's license and insurance card and verbally verify all the same information that was supposedly completed online. So what exactly is the point of online check-in if patients still have to redo everything at the front desk? Standing in a crowded waiting room line for over half an hour when you're not feeling well isn't a great first impression. The process feels extremely inefficient and defeats the entire purpose of offering online registration in the first place. Hopefully the medical care is better than the check-in process, but based on the first experience, the front-end system definitely needs some serious improvement.
