Always cared for and about the office staff are very good appointments are easy to get. They really put the patient first

We usually have to wait 1- 2 hrs after our scheduled appointment before being seen. There is zero regard for the patients time. All the good experienced staff have recently left because they got tired of the chaos and how the office is managed or not managed. Dr Anderson himself is ok and an ok doctor but he fails to listen to the patient and the patient has to repeat themselves multiple times over multiple visits and then has to have a stern talking to the doctor before he takes a moment to actually stop and listen. He does a poor job of running his business at the satellite office in Clarksville. He would be better suited in a hospital where he has co-workers who manage him and the patients time properly. read more

I wish I didn't have to leave a star. This place has zero regard for time and peoples well being. Every time my wife goes there she always comes home super stressed out and complaining about the same thing. She has been going there for about a year and is very familiar with the process. As a business how can you post your hours of operation but do not adhere to them? She always shows up at least 45 min ahead of her scheduled times but always has to wait at least an hour after her appointment time. This is more like a production factory just milking insurance due to the overlapping appointments and extreme poor customer service. read more

I have been trying very hard for 7 weeks now just to get my medicine refilled. Dana & Amber act like me calling the office is interfering in their schedule. Maybe if they did their job I wouldn't have to call. Now I just found out that Amber is only there 2 days a week, their fax was broke for 3 days, & Sharon Bracey the LPN hasn't pulled my chart to pull my chart to finish my paperwork. Although I just saw June 24th & have been out of medicine since then. It is July 31st now. If they had to deal with extreme migraines like I do I guarantee you they wouldn't haven't been half as nice as I have been! Dr Anderson and Susan Braces NP are both awesome, however sometimes it takes awhile to get an appointment, but definitely worth the wait. They are extremely thorough and the whole staff is really awesome. I have never had a problem. read more

Don't let the negative reviews stop you from seeing this Provider! My initial wait time was about the same as with most doctor. if you go in with a good attitude then you will have a good experience. The staff are friendly & know their jobs. Dr Anderson has a great "bedside manner" and extremely through, you have to listen & be honest in your replies to his question. He takes the time needed to discuss what's going on, he doesn't come in & within 20 mins or less has you out. Every doctor I've been to in Clarksville will only let you see them for two things/issues and limit the time they spend with you to 20 minutes or less then if you have more than two things you have to make another appointment, from my initial visit Dr Anderson doesn't work this way, seems to be "old school" the way he and his staff care/treat their patient. First off the doctor keeps pushing medications at me, when I tell him they aren't working he keeps me in them and says to talk about it at the next appointment. I had two appointments with the nurse on the 11th she said she called me when she didn't so I called the office 2 mins after my appointment and was told I missed it too bad. Now today I call 5 mins before my appointment and get told the nurse had a family emergency and I need to reschedule. I'm trying to get EMG results to see what's going on with my post operative nerve issues. They aren't taking my health seriously and aren't taking care of me as a patient. read more

They never answer phone , can never cancel appointments even for important reasons. Then they send a bill for no show. My experience has not been great at appointments. Been seeing this dr office for 3 years, time to look elsewhere. read more

The front desk staff is not properly informed with regards to patients appointments. They cause patients to miss their appointments, and then the staff doesn't attempt to get the patient seen in a timely manner. The staff's communication skills are severely lacking, causing patients to go without medication. They need a complete overhaul of their patient appointment tracking, and the doctors need to be made aware of how their staff are causing them to lose patients, or at least providing unsatisfactory customer service. I was able to get past the wait time of 30 minutes to an hour, but their staff completely causing me to miss my appointment by telling me it was over the phone instead of in person, an appointment that was scheduled right before I move, meaning i'll have to go months without medication until I get assigned a new doctor, is completely unacceptable!! Also their phone line, I could've called them during my scheduled appointment and spoke to them about the issue, but their phone line was already on the automated message which didn't allow me to get through to anyone that was actually in the office! read more
