Joel aka Joe did our taxes, he put deductions that we had no clue about a heads up would have been nice with our consent to do so, so we know what we would get ourselves in to with the IRS. At the end of the two years we were to pay $1000 back that wasn't so the IRS came back charging us $2000 for each year. I've called Joel aka Joe back several time since 2020 and 2021, I either get messages with a certain day to sort out the issues with the Taxes or I don't get a response back at all. I've been trying to track this man down for the past 7months and nothing. I've even gone to their office and they are closed. It's a shame this place just took our money and won't follow thru. I understand ppl get busy and make mistakes but he should accept accountability for his mistakes and help us out dealing with the IRS is no joke. The day I go, somehow I got in, and the lady who helped me out was not even an accountant. Soon after she informed me I was missing a document and I must file an extension, she said that no matter where I go the extension will be $100... I was puzzled but I took her word since apparently she's an accountant , they charged my credit card $100 and they lied to me. The $100 they charged was fraud since it is free to file an extension.
