However, the communication has gotten more challenging over the years. Follow up is poor and often on hold for 20+ minutes. Almost impossible to speak to a supervisor. Always talk to someone different. Some are helpful and friendly; others are abrupt, interrupting, and rude. They mailed my return this year and cited a winter storm that apparently caused 27 day delay in IRS getting my refund. Never told me about it. Filed an extension on my behalf. Never told me about it. I am starting to be suspicious of their company and likely will find another next year.
