When I walked in, after completing both returns in 10 minutes, and advised I would get a refund of $2,000 the price suddenly jumped to $240 per year ($1,440.00 an hour)! I asked them to erase all my information -- including my Social Security number, home address, and phone number -- and they said they did, but I would have to "take their word" for it. I walked out and would not recommend -- be cautious if your taxes are simple and you're trusting them with sensitive personal info.
