Dr O'Neil and his staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The shining Star was my hygienist Ivy. She was more knowledgeable and professional than any I have ever encountered. She gave me realistic time frames for my dental issues. But made it clear it was a journey we were going to take together! Let's face it, who likes to go to the dentist. Certainly not me. The process involved three visits and could not have been more stress-free and comfortable. Although not done for cosmetic reasons, it mattered greatly to me that my appearance would not be changed and that the end result would preserve my original, natural smile. I could not be more pleased by the end result. I still have my unique smile without any suggestion of having had "anything done" except, perhaps, for an enhancement that has definitely restored a more youthful appearance. Thank you, Dr. O'Neal. She was patient and so kind. Natalie was my hygienist and she was fabulous. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She answered any questions I had and made sure I left feeling confident with my smile. The facility is awesome as well. There is a sitting room with couches, TV screens, toys for children, magazines, a coffee maker and water. You won't be waiting long because the staff is super quick and sticks with the scheduled appointment time. There are also TVs in your room while your teeth are being cleaned and I believe there is a massage option on the chair. Don't quote me on that but I'm pretty sure she offered that when I sat down. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for great service and a dentist who truly cares about you and your smile. See you guys in 6 months!

I get appointment text notifications at 6 am and then told "sorry, can't do anything about that", surprise billings and today was the last straw. Went to check-in and was pointed to a kiosk. Ok, I'll check in there. Oh no, I basically was being to provide all my information as if I were a new customer. It's their responsibility to take the information I already gave them, not for me to re-build their database. The business manager will give her stock reply saying how committed to they are to their customers but won't address concerns. That answer is actually an insult since I, and a number of others, question that commitment to customers and she says there's no issue. The two things don't co-exist.

Kiersten (hygienist) was so gentle and tactful in her cleaning. She did an excellent job explaining what she was doing and what I could do to improve brushing/flossing techniques. Finally, Dr Tellios was amazing. His scientific approach to dentistry combined with active listening and attention to detail truly blew me away. I have never had a dentist provide such exceptional time and care. While most people dread going to the dentist (myself included), I actually had an enjoyable experience at Dr. Tellios' office. The lady at the front desk told me they accepted my insurance hence I accepted the appointment. They x-rayed me and told me I had an infection and that I needed a root canal. They gave me antibiotics to clear the infection before the procedure. A few days later. I received a bill because they didn't take my insurance... Should I have known that, I would have found another place and saved $160. Anyways, I changed my insurance in between (this time I was covered) and decided to continue the procedure with them. The day of the appointment, they numbed me with multiple shots of anesthetics, then they found out the sucking system was down. They told me they could not do the procedure that day and asked me to come back the following Monday. There was no confirmation of the appointment, no emails, no text, just "Yeah, come back on Monday!". On Thursday and Friday, I was experiencing a lot of pain in my cheek and my jaw, and my gum was swollen. I called them on Friday afternoon around 2.30 pm to let them know I would not come on Monday morning as I was hurting badly and needed to heal before getting another shot in that spot. The office was closed so I left a voicemail (the voicemail says that the office closes at 3pm on Fridays). They called me back on Monday morning at 7.30 am, to tell me they had received my voicemail and they were expecting me to come at 8 am. I told them I would not show up because my gum and jaw are still very sore and I am actually scared as it never happened to me before. They told me they would charge me for the no show, although I told them I called before they closed on Friday, but no one picked up the phone. I was very understanding when their sucking system was down, I received chemicals for nothing... they weren't. I believe their lack of empathy is completely unacceptable, they hurt me and I need to see another dentist to understand what is going on with my gum. Very disappointed with the doctor as well, he seemed nice but never followed up with me to ask me what was going on. It also delays the treatment of the initial procedure and I could lose my tooth because of them. I am filing a complaint to the ADA. It's a long review, but all of it is true, and I strongly suggest you to find another dental office...

They also referred me to an oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth removed even though they hadn't grown in yet because supposedly they were going to knock my back molars out of place when they came in. I went and got a second opinion from a dentist who actually practices holistically. He took minimal x-rays, showed me my wisdom teeth were fine, and explained that what they were calling "cavities" weren't actually cavities. It was just how the x-ray was reading. He also told me that removing teeth of any kind should be an absolute last resort because it can directly affect your overall health and that the body can heal and remineralize when you support it properly. I intentionally waited over four years to write this. My wisdom teeth grew in fully and I have not had a single problem. My teeth didn't move, I never developed any cavities, and the whole treatment plan they were pushing turned out to be completely unnecessary. The hygienist was amazing and honestly gave me the most thorough cleaning I've ever had. But this place markets itself as holistic and it's really not. Real holistic care gets to the root cause of things. This was just fear based dentistry pushing procedures you don't need.

Humana paid them on 3/26/26, the amount of $1063. As of May 8th we have received ZERO $ credit. Also, they were to submit a claim to Blue Cross Blue Shield, but did not. I have emailed and texted them several times, getting delaying unproductive responses. They have caused us lots of stress and time. They do good work, but I don't recommend them.
