This guy was recommended to be by my general dentist, Dr. Thee. And I could not be happier. Even though I have a clicking jaw which she hasn't been able to fix... though it wasn't for a lack of trying on her part. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well. Dr. Anderson herself is very knowledgeable, and always takes the time to sit down and explain things to you. I couldn't possible give them a higher recommendation.

When they created a plan, we were very uncomfortable with it, as it involved removing 5 teeth (including 3 adult premolars and an adult k9)! We knew we needed a second opinion. We are so grateful we went to Dr. McEntire for that second opinion. He created a plan that did not require she lose any adult teeth. He saved the K9 (with the help of Dr. Jones, our oral surgeon, who is also wonderful). When that tooth came into place and lined up with the rest of her teeth, our family jumped for joy! I cannot possibly say enough good things about Dr. McEntire and his staff. My daughter is now done and has a beautiful smile she is very proud of. Dr. McEntire and his team supported us along the way and were always ready to help with anything we needed. Whether you have a complicated case like we did or simply need to straighten up a few teeth, I recommend Dr. McEntire ... I drive by tons of other orthodontists to get to him, but I would never take my kids to anyone else.

The wait times were horrible, the results weren't great, and my retainer never fit correctly. I stopped wearing my retainer after a year because it hurt every time I used it and my teeth ultimately shifted back. I knew I was going to go with this office the second time around and I am kicking myself for not doing it in the first place. The staff is incredible, the orthodontist is exceptional, and the whole overall experience was amazing. I got my braces on the same day as the consultation. This practice offers 0 communication on where your child is in the treatment. How long they may have left. My son has been here since 2024 and there has been times he is wearing the same tray for months. I paid everything up front intentionally so that I could prepare for my next child's treatment but they never fail to just randomly throw additional charges in. My coverage is active and I have been in the same plan for over four years yet was told my coverage is inactive and I would need to contact Metlife myself to sort things out. In short after paying thousands of dollars for treatment they act as if they are doing you a favor as opposed to providing a service. And do not show up 5 minutes late for your appointment. You will be turned away and will not get a new one for a month. Their waiting room is always packed so the individual patients are not that important to the staff. Its sad,

When we signed on to this we were never provided a time expectation. However when I was a child in braces I was in my braces for 2 years and seen EVERY 4 weeks religiously by my orthodontist. How is my child going to complete her treatment plan in 2 years when they only schedule her every 8 weeks?!? That is if they have availability to see you that often. No we are being told her treatment plan was for 2 years but it's been four so they're pulling the plug. My child never sees the same doctor consistently. When I raised concerns her dentist had about her decalcification I was told by her original orthodontist "once we have her smile perfected the dentist can go in to fix any small cavities." It wasn't until she started seeing a second (and third) orthodontist through their office that and concerns were voiced. Now that we're ending our treatment plan I'm being told that the unlimited retainers that my payment plan was supposed to cover may not be that. When I mentioned ordering an extra set of retainers in case one was lost to avoid going with them. I was told I would need to pay for the second set. My advice. Make sure you're child is mature enough to take on this commitment. Make sure you know how long the treatment plan is for your child and what exactly it covers. Ask for a second opinion. I'm learning now that the treatment plan and time is not what others would have recommended. I know all businesses are meant to make a profit, but I feel I may have been talked into a orthodontic factory that didn't consider my child's best interest
