FL, and have no local contacts, we found Tori thru the internet having searched for an honest individual w/ a good reputation who would do both the estate sale and cleanout. Tori was the person we hired after a meeting via Zoom. We also met her IRL when we went to FL prior to the actual sale. Tori was equipped to not only do the sale, she also would dispose of the post-sale remaining items via consignment, donation, auction and landfill as appropriate. Tori's marketing, actual 2-day sale and final dispostioning were done without any issues at all. Following the estate sale we received a lengthy receipt which accounted for everything. And, copies of receipts for donations are on the way to us too. Items on consignment will be sold over a period of time. Tori's fee is in line with other companies doing this work. I can't say enough about the professionalism and ease of communication with Tori who owns Cubed Consign & Cleanout. She and her team did a wonderful job. And - for those of us who live far away and maybe have strong emotional attachments to things to be sold - I don't think you can find a better way to handle this process. That's bad business They may have not wanted my pictures, but if they're sending someone out that technically represents them, don't show up without a business card, that proves who they are!!!!! They don't accept credit cards for purchases over $10,000 so you have no recourse but to sue them if they misrepresent items costing over 10 grand and refuse to refund. They also only give you the ridiculously short time of 3 days to remove your purchases before they charge you for storage.

I have tried to get the seller to refund my purchase upon return to them of the 3 fake artworks, which has been declined as an option by the seller of these fake Keith Harings. There is NO DOUBT that they were sold to scam the buyer as they were listed as authentic. This is from my understanding a CRIMINAL OFFENCE and prosecutable under in federal court under 18 U.S.C. § 1343 as well as Federal Art Fraud (18 U.S.C. § 2314). Refuse to give ANY REFUND !
