I don't even know where to start. A painting that I wanted to buy was listed in their auction, and…read moreI've placed a valid highest bid on it. After an auction ended the painting was marked as "passed". This place is a total fraud, and I really can't comprehend as to why Invaluable.com allows them to conduct auctions on their portal. Beware!

Brian is the worst person I have ever dealt with in a business setting. On multiple phone calls he…read morescreamed at me, lost his temper, and refused to admit the simple, obvious, dumb mistake his auction house made. I genuinely hope Auction Gallery of the Palm Beaches goes bankrupt -- everyone should avoid this business and this rude dickhead. Timeline and facts: March 30, 2025: I emailed Junior and Pak Mail (the shipping services listed on the Auction Gallery of the Palm Beaches website) to request a quote only for shipping. The quotes were too expensive and I did not authorize any shipping. I have all email communications proving I only requested quotes and did not request service. March 31, 2025: I called Brian to ask whether Brian provide in-house shipping. Brian said yes and quoted a $20 handling fee. I agreed and Brian told me packaging would be finished by the end of the week (April 6, 2025). April 8, 2025: I called for a tracking number. Brian told me my items had been released to Junior -- even though I never asked Junior to pick them up. When I told Brian this, Brian suddenly lost it and screamed that I must have requested it. I again explained I only requested quotes. Brian told me to contact Junior. Junior said he did not have my items. When I called Brian back asking where my items were, Brian responded, "Oh, it must be Gil (Pak Mail). You need to contact Gil, not me." April 9, 2025: I called Gil at Pak Mail. Gil admitted Pak Mail picked up my items and couldn't explain why, given I never requested their service. Pak Mail agreed to return the items to the auction house. When I confronted Brian, he claimed I had called and asked for in-house shipping on March 31 and then blamed me for poor communication with the shipper -- despite the fact that Brian released my items to Pak Mail without my authorization. Brian also said the auction house will never make mistakes. What a dumb statement -- a normal person would never say that. Brian's conduct is outrageous. He admitted he knew about my request and still released my items to Pak Mail. Rather than take responsibility, he screamed, denied the mistake, and blamed me. I was calm and patient throughout every call -- Brian was the one who repeatedly lost control and acted unprofessionally. This is a dumpster-fire level of incompetence. Waste my time and money. Garbage person and business.

I think this is the first review I've written in 10 years. When my father-in-law passed away, we needed to sell the contents of the house, clean it out, and prepare it for sale. Tori guided us through the entire process and gave us great advice, but most importantly, she showed incredible patience and genuine humanity while dealing with different members of our family. We truly appreciated her support during such a difficult time, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, compassionate, and professional. Michelle Gilbert

FL, and have no local contacts, we found Tori thru the internet having searched for an honest individual w/ a good reputation who would do both the estate sale and cleanout. Tori was the person we hired after a meeting via Zoom. We also met her IRL when we went to FL prior to the actual sale. Tori was equipped to not only do the sale, she also would dispose of the post-sale remaining items via consignment, donation, auction and landfill as appropriate. Tori's marketing, actual 2-day sale and final dispostioning were done without any issues at all. Following the estate sale we received a lengthy receipt which accounted for everything. And, copies of receipts for donations are on the way to us too. Items on consignment will be sold over a period of time. Tori's fee is in line with other companies doing this work. I can't say enough about the professionalism and ease of communication with Tori who owns Cubed Consign & Cleanout. She and her team did a wonderful job. And - for those of us who live far away and maybe have strong emotional attachments to things to be sold - I don't think you can find a better way to handle this process. Thank you Tori and the C3 team.
