8:53 ANI LTE { Sent Billing question I had service today. My understanding was that there is $69 charge for the first refrigerator and $59 for the second. Is that just to look at the unit. I was charged $125 for the cleaning out of the freezer pan and another $125 plus the cost of a fan (which was not in stock and has to be ordered) for the second refrigerator. My understanding was the $69 and $59 charge would have been my cost (not including the fan). Did I misunderstand? The serviceman wasn't very explanatory. l have purchase several appliances in the past, from this place; however they all seem to only last about a year or so. I recently decide to go back and purchase a much needed washer. I offered to give them 3 appliances in exchange to make the delivery free of charge. After they said ok, they still went ahead and charged me a 60.00 dollars delivery fee. When I decided to cancel the entire transaction, they decided to charge me a re-stocking fee of 57.00 dollars. So, in other words they were determined to make a buck, no matter what. Absolutely the worst place ever! My property manager had this company call me to set me up an appointment the lady called me and I choose and appointment from 1-3 as both me and my husband work all day. I asked for time off at work to make the appointment. They show up at my house at 11 saying that was my appointment and we weren't home to make the appointment and charged me 50$ when they messed up my appointment and I was told 1-3! Worst place ever! Absolutely horrible service, I will never use these clowns again. My dryer broke, called them, worker came out and assessed the issue. Two weeks of laundromat visits later... the part FINALLY comes in but no one bothers to even call me...I had to call them and No one called back! Worker just shows up, ruts up my yard with truck. I have a video camera in my garage, worker spent 50% of his time wiping sweat from his head. I had to supply him with my ladder to do HIS job, he hooked up a fan to my outlet without asking and when the top part of the dryer did not fit together right... he BEAT it in with his FIST!! Screw these people!!! Idiots!! Call anyone but these morons. read more

I am very pleased with this business. Called just before closing time on Saturday. Tech was out Monday afternoon. The technician (Mike) knew exactly what he was doing. Had the needed part on his truck. Took less than half an hour to repair my LG fridge. I'll definitely call them for any future appliance repair needs. read more

Please go on this companies website and see all of the negative reviews. Members of their family must have written the ones on here!! The office manager is the crankiest and unorganized person you will ever meet. Once she's got your money, she can care less when and if you ever get your merchandise. They are never on time and in my case cancelled and rescheduled on me twice in one day. Very unreliable and get the warranty because their appliances will break down. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. This is more than likely a family owned/run business and they lack the professionalism needed to be successful. I have no idea how they have been in business this long. Perhaps their customer service has gone down over the years, I do not know but I know I will never give them anymore of my money or business. read more

Service from one of the repairmen was horrible. He did nothing to diagnose and then just made up a reason it doesn't work. His reason was bogus. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. read more

My recent experience was very favorable. Ice maker on our 10 year old fridge had gone out, the tech was very courteous and prompt. Ordered the part and had it installed in short order. Had a problem within a few days and the tech was out the same day I reported the problem. Turned out to be something we did, not their fault but it was fixed at no charge. read more
