When he arrived, he identified the problem as a ruptured hose which was causing the leak. He had a brand new replacement hose which he installed at the back of the fridge. It has been a few days now since the installation and there is no more leaking. The cost for his service was reasonable and affordable. It is a good value for the money because he was knowledgeable, courteous, reliable and pleasant. I do recommend this business.

I had been a customer for more than 20 years, and called them about an ice maker that needed cleaning and service. All he did was pour a bottle of icemaker cleaner into the drain, and he was done. repairman was rude and threatening. He demanded a $250 check after fumbling around for a half hour, and not fulfilling any of the services I requested. He was rude and threatening, and I was home alone.. I paid the check, to get him out of my house. I immediately canceled the check, and called the owners first thing in the morning to tell them my frightening experience with their repairman and his poor work. I was that they would adjust the ludicrous fee for nothing being done to fix anything. He screamed at me from the start of the conversation, called me a CROOK, and afterward took immediate legal action . The previous owners would've never behaved that way. Take heed of my cautionary tale and avoid this company there are plenty of quality repair companies that will treat you fairly and well.

Less than a week later he had the new part needed (who knew there were oil fed springs under the wash tub?) and had it installed. Very pleasant to work with and respectful of time and property.
