DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I paid for a new oil pan, only to find out from my new mechanic that they patched the old one instead. This shop lacks integrity! They also refuse to show you the old part they claim to have replaced, and if you ask the receptionist, his attitude gets defensive. This shop needs to be investigated! read more

Really bad service I keep bringing my car to car affordable for them to keep saying they fixing the problem the very same day car went out.

Should have brought my vehicles here first it would have saved lots of money and time, real mechanics , technicians, and customer service!!

I had taken my 2004 Silverado there to have work done. I asked them to replace distributor cap and wires. Truck ran great for a couple of weeks then started running rough and back firing. The distributor cap had come loose from the base. I took it back, they 'fixed it' again, now it's come loose again. The front anchor screw is missing it's brass insert. I'm disappointed in the quality of the parts they used. This and being charged $200 for $17 HVAC. Has made up my mind. I won't be back. read more

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE IF I COULD!!! A piece of my underbody was hanging and scraping the ground and I needed a quick (and affordable) fix for it. Came into Affordable Car Care and they were extremely nice and took care of me right away! They were able to screw the piece back up for me (free of charge which I appreciated so much) and I was out in 10 minutes. The customer service was great and you can tell they value their customers; if I ever have any other car-related problems, I will definitely be back! Affordable Car Care is a great place to get your automobile service! Today is my first time having my Tacoma service by Affordable. I found them through searching on Yelp and with the great reviews, I decided to give them a try. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. My A/C system has been having problem loosing AC coolant and I suspected there is a leak. Affordable found the problem and perform the repair quickly and the cost was very affordable! read more

Brought car in for same issue repeatedly. I even kept telling them exactly what to look for. I read on internet, it had to be it. They kept saying, no that's not it. After spending over a thousand dollars, car still has same issue so I just had to bring it somewhere else. I told the mechanic there what I thought it was, just like I kept telling them at Affordable Car Care, and within 10 minutes he found the issue. He brought the part to me and I saw with my own eyes the exact thing I kept telling Jason at ACC to look for. Unbelievable, ACC had my car three times for days at a time and couldn't find exactly what I told them was wrong, but the new place finds it in 10 minutes. I spent thousands there, they kept my car for days at a time costing me hundreds in car rental fees, only to ignore exactly what I told them was wrong. Then to find out in less than 10 minutes it was exactly what I told them it was. And if that's not bad enough, spent more thousands on another issue with front end. Brought it back 3 times, the front end still not right. Last time they gave it back, the steering wheel was so crooked that it took effort to keep front end straight. The next day I brought my car to Firestone and they fixed the front end in a couple of hours. Had to pay Firestone $230 for them to fix what ACC had "fixed" three times. All together I spent several thousand and had to bring the car somewhere else after repeatedly bringing it back here. Affordable Car Care isn't so affordable anymore. Would give them ZERO stars if I could, I spent thousands and got nothing, I feel cheated and angry. No, I will never go there again, nor would I recommend them to anyone, unless I didn't like you. read more

These guys are the best! They hold true to that "good old" N.O. hospitality you tend to expect from many other businesses. I found myself stalled while traveling thru New Orleans. My first point of contact at Affordable Car Care was Jason, who makes your problem personable. He is professional, knowlegeable & user friendly. Though the diagnostic was free, they were upfront with the probable causes & estimated cost for repairs. Unlike many other auto repair shops I've encountered, they treated me like a long-term customer who resided right there in town. Gotta appreciate that. I had no issue leaving my vehicle with them to trace the problem. After all was said and done, due to work, I cldn't return to pick-up my vehicle once it was ready. The guys at Affordable went above and beyond, by making arrangements in dropping my vehicle to my job's secured location & assured that the keys were put into the hands of a reaponsible party.
