My membership issue, which I was unable to resolve online or over the phone was quickly handled. And I was able to get the pictures that I needed and walk out with an international drivers permit. I didn't pay a ton of money for this either. Thankfully, I have not needed any roadside service lately but at least the in office service I got here met my needs.

My husband, who is also on the policy, had a deer run out in front of his motorcycle in a curve. He was only mildly injured, but the bike was inoperable. I called AAA, only to be told that since it was considered an accident, they would not come and get the bike. So, after the hundreds of dollars I have paid into AAA, I STILL had to pay for someone to get the bike. I contacted AAA with my grievance twice, no one responded. I contacted BBB, no one responded. So if you ride motorcycles, unless you just run out of gas, don't count on AAA.

We had a late night arrival (a little past 9-10 pm) and the staff was ready for us. Rooms were standard Hilton rooms for the Garden Inn -- mini fridge, microwave, tiny sink. Double beds and pull out sofa for 3 people was pretty cozy. I'd stay here again if in the area.

And thankfully we did, was able to actually get a better rate directly with the hotel staff Hannah. Was very pleasant and courteous. The elevator was making weird noises and no idea when it was last serviced as it said you could check with the front desk when it was last inspected. Got us up and down though no issues. They have doggy bags and a trash can near the rear entrance. Parking spots way too small. Room was sufficient for the night. They gave 2 free waters, also had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Ice machines worked. Free makeup wipes, lotion, shampoo and conditioner and body wash all in the room. Very pleased with the view too. It literally at the top of the mountain, right down the road like .15 is Texas Roadhouse which was helpful for dinner if you didn't want to get dinner in the hotel's restaurant. The hotel also had a mini convenient store.
