Best Vinyl is now Redmond Valleywide. We hired them to install three metal gates with locks and…read moretwo extender panels for our home. EXPERIENCE: Ordering the materials took close to 10 months. Installation was fairly quick but not without small nicks and scratches to several of the bars and posts. One of the extender panels was even missing a bar at the top yet was deemed completed. We put blue painters tape on the areas that needed attention. The workers came back to finish up other things, noticed the blue tape and attempted to fix them by applying paint that didn't even match the gate's color. The workers also didn't clean up after themselves, leaving behind shavings and debris for us to clean up. Dirt dug out for post installation was simply left in one of our empty flower pots. We did bring this to the attention of the person we were working with. He stated the scratches were a part of the installation process but it's really due to carelessness. We received a discount and they added the missing bar to the panel. The gates are solid but the locks are another issue. If the combination needs to be changed, the entire handle assembly has to be removed. The push button combination code also doesn't require a specific numerical sequence input, just the correct numbers. And, if the gate is locked, the interior handle never is, so what's the point? You can just reach over and open the gate. OVERALL: Pricey. Lengthy process. Sloppy workmanship.
