Chris Crow, the owner, is personable and professional. If you need screens worked on, I'd highly recommend making an appointment to get an estimate from Chris before going anywhere else. He usually gets an estimate to you within two days, and can give you multiple estimates based on how much you would like him to do. I'd guess that he will be the person you'd decide to go with in regards to anything with window or door screens for small businesses and home residences. My home needed work on 26 window screens. When Chris came to do the estimate, we circled the entire house together and he pointed out the screens which seemed to still have some life in them but noted if there was any amount of sun damage or wear that might lead them needing replacement soon, and we noted the screens that definitely needed replacement. He offered to keep the original aluminum frames if they were not too corroded, but pointed out a few that needed replacement or a lot of buffing and possibly reinforcement due to several decades of daily sun striking them for hours as well as exposure to salt air and rain. Regarding the estimates: the price for new screens with replacing only four frames with new aluminum frames was about $1900 and the price for replacing all frames and screens was around $2800. He explained to me that technically, it's easier and faster for him to custom cut new aluminum frames because most old frames are corroded and need to be carefully buffed before putting new screens on them. After some conversation, I decided to replace all the screens and four of the frames that were the most corroded and would require a lot of repair work to keep. All work would be completed in one day. On the day of our appointment, Chris came with his trailer that has all his materials and fabrication machines inside of it at 8:00am and started work right away. He replaced all the screens and finished everything by 2:00pm. His work was excellent, and there were many little nice touches he did which were not in the estimate, but were a big help for us to not worry about the screens and frames as well as to help protect the wooden frame of each window from wear and tear. He also used some scrap aluminum he had to close gaps in the wooden frame to prevent birds from trying to gain access to the windowsill areas between the glass and screens. His work is of the best quality I've seen, and there's no way to pay for someone who is honest and conscientious when completing his tasks. It's nice to see someone who will always stand behind the quality of his work with no questions asked, and who will do repairs or replacements for free if anything were to go wrong or not last as long as he said it would last. read more

I really can't rave enough about how great our experience was with Chris. Literally from the time I called to job completion was 48 hours. Perhaps I got lucky between big jobs but regardless from start to end Chris was 5 star! I called one morning and left a message. His voicemail was clear saying he returns calls between a certain time since he's out in the field working. He returned my call promptly during that time. He arrived the next morning for a free estimate and quoted me a fair price. The very next morning we had it scheduled to be fixed. Within 48 hours my service needs with my screen doors were fixed and looking amazing. He even went over and above and took out a broken stopper and replaced with a new one at no additional charge. Now our screens are perfect and even during the wind they were gliding on their own. Haha. My only complaint is that he doesn't paint, dig pools, remodel kitchens and bathrooms because he is so professional, responsive, hard working and prompt I would hire him for them all. Cannot say enough great things about the owner, Chris! His customer service is on point, we really enjoyed chatting with and working with him. He wanted to climb on guest beds to fix screens...how bout bringing something to cover, complained he had to latch gate going in our out, said he'd have to charge me more if he had to take the additional 5 seconds each time. Chris just left after installing a screen door for my lanai and a screen for my bedroom window. This is possibly the best service we have had on Maui, period. I own 2 vacation rental properties in Wailea. At one of my properties I had a guest walk through the screen door. My husband tried to re-screen the door but due to its irregular, custom, size he could not find screening material long enough at the local hardware store.
