For some unknown reason I decided to go back here after my last visit in 2018 where i first a very bad experience with getting 5 sets of bad dentures that they made good on after my original Yelp review, in exchange for a better review, so I agreed to change my initial review. This visit I was not treated very well and the staff was not friendly as they were to busy working patients like an assembly line. My initial visit was Oct.21 2021 for my initial exam and mold for my new pending dentures, I was told they were sold and no longer offer same day service after the fact, and was told to come back on November 17, 2021 for my fit, I realized I had my chem infusion that day and tried to reschedule my appointment, after several attempts to call and reach someone, or get a call back, I got reply from 9AM, so st 4PM I went to the office where a very uncaring person behind the desk told me she could not help me on another appointment until December 7, 2021 and that was , so I am going not even to get my dentures, so I agreed to try to go there after my 3.5 hour chemo infusion by 1PM. They did not hesitate to take my full payment though., and not sure how this is going to end up, but I will update this review. Very disappointing in not being informed of the long time involved until after the first service was preformed. they also failed to process my Delta Insurance or offer me the forms to file a claim. This is by far the worst dental facility that I've ever been to. Let me start by stating how they over charged me on my patient portion of my insurance by $122 per my insurance statement and verified by their customer service agent. I went there to have my dentures realigned and left my first visit with pain but I figured I'd give it a couple days over the weekend to calm down. By Monday I'm still experiencing significant pain ant can't eat anything that I have to bite into so I call Monday morning and they tell me they can't get me in until Thursday which is a long time when you experiencing pain and can't eat. So I go to my appointment and they make some adjustments and because my gums are already sore it's hard to tell if it made a big difference. I leave and reach out to them early Friday afternoon and hear nothing back from them until Monday stating they can't get me in Friday while again I'm in pain and can't eat because of it. I go in Friday and once again the dental assistant want to make more adjustments and mind you I've never once seen the actual dentist even though I have been experiencing significant issues with the dentures for two weeks already so I told them I want to see the actual dentist this time and finally got to see her. She made some adjustments and I was able to get a good amount of relief but after eating over the weekend I was still experiencing a little pain and discomfort and at this point I'm done. I'd rather find another dentist that I can get to do the adjustments on my dentures. Besides all of that the assistant cut a good portion of my denture that the dentist said can't be built back up which takes away from the suction and will allow small pieces of food to get in between the denture and my gums. I can honestly say that my after is worse than my before because I was experiencing no issues before coming here. read more

Worst dentists ever, worst dentures ever. Will gaslight you and make you walk around with no dignity in dentures that don't fit. Treat patients like garbage. No doctors on call, no empathy or compassion. Avoid at all costs. read more

This place stole 2000.00 dollars from me. Took my money, didn't deliver. Horrible job on what they gave me and now won't return any calls. Good luck getting them to pick up the phone. When they do they just tell you they aren't the actual location and they will have them call you back. You guessed it, they don't. So then you try and go in person and they are either closed, or they don't have anyone there today to help you! Steer clear of this place. Hopefully they will see this review and finally call back. My dad made an appointment and was told "One Day Service" is available. Today, we arrived at 8:00 am and taken back in a timely manner. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Then the bomb was dropped. It was explained that the try in wouldn't be until late August. Plus another couple weeks to finalize the fit. It was further explained the extensive delay was due to COVID, and the one day service is not being offered. The company needs to not continue to mislead people when making appointments and in their TV advertisements. read more

Imagine you make an appointment a week in advance for 9:30am. you show up today at 9:29am, due to covid you must wait in your car and call their office. So you do so to check in. They tell you, "Okay your all set, just wait in your car until we come to get you." So you sit, and you wait, and wait, and wait. It's now 10am and you call to make sure your appointment was for 9:30am, they say "Yep, it's for 9:30am, don't worry your all good." So you wait, and wait, and wait. it's now 10:30am. you call very calmly and say you can't stay any longer, you have to go to work. You have been waiting for an hour now, just for a fitting. They tell you "Well you'll have to reschedule." so you say "OK, when can you see me?" " Next Monday, November 2nd" You tell them but you made this appointment a week ago, you never expected to be waiting an hour plus. They say "Well you should have made your appointment for earlier in the day." WHAT!?!?! mind you..No phone call to say they were backed up.....YOU called them 3 times now and still no mention of being backed up....You had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, this was not a walkin.....You do fitting everyday, but can't offer me to come in early or call if you have a cancelation to make up for the.....HOUR plus time waiting in my car with no communication, no apology, nothing? I call their main number because they are a "Corporation", i explain this to the guy on the phone and ask if I can go to another location to get this done because of everything I mentioned. Guess what??? Well each location is it's own so because one treated you like that, doesn't mean the other will make an exception and try to make it right by seeing you sooner. I should have followed my instincts to leave the moment I arrived at this facility. It started with no parking (during all visits), long waits (all visits), and exams rooms with little privacy as you can hear everything. The facility was dirty and had a real "take-a-number-clinic" feel to it. That's fine if you can't afford more but there was really no cost difference between the charges I paid and those of an upscale practice where you get much more personalized attention and quality care. Dentists stroll in the exam room with no greeting or introduction and you don't know who they are. They have no social skills and look burned out. The helpers had a façade of friendliness but were not accommodating, not interested in your satisfaction and had a "take it or leave it" attitude (especially one). I had two teeth pulled and the first time they pop my dentures in my mouth is when they are still numb from the novocaine and then I am sent on my merry way. Plus it took weeks to even get my dentures. When the novocaine wears off I realize that the upper and lower bites don't match and one tooth keeps them from making full contact. I am challenged on this until they fix it. Then a tooth falls out of the uppers after only a couple of weeks because of how shoddily made they were. The fit was horrible. Up charges are constantly being recommended. No color match was ever attempted for the false teeth to match my own. Excuses are given as to why things are not the way you expected them. The second dentist agreed that the treatment plan I was stuck with from the first dentist was horrible. Now I have false teeth with ugly silver wires, loose fitting even with adhesive, improper bite, and mismatched colors. There is even more. They text me a survey and when I offer to give them more detail on my experience (through a phone call) so they can improve quality care and customer satisfaction no one is interested enough to take me up on this! When my dentures where made there, the guy who made them came out of the back because he was so proud of his work he wanted to see me in them! Years later, they still look great!! read more

Let me preface by saying affordable dentist, to my knowledge are independently owned & operated. My review is based solely on my experience with this location. In June I went there for a quote as to how much implants would cost . Not once was it ever discussed that dentures would be my end result...not once At the time I was given a quote of approx. 4700.00. I later upgraded to approx. 5100.00. I paid in full...in advance..I have since have been there 4 times & am more than 1/2 way thru the process. My last visit I was told I was ready for the last step & was informed that it was going to cost an additional 2500.00 approximately to complete. I was told oh that price didn't include the implants themselves!!! Only dentures. In my 4 visits there not once was I ever informed of the additional cost...not once until my last visit...I've tried contacting their customer care division with them not being able to resolve this w/ the dentist.. I'm left feeling like I've been dealing w/ a used car saleswoman. I find that this office conducts business unprofessional..unethical & uncaring. I am now left w/ a bottom denture that I can't chew w/ because every time I chew it gets dislodged & I gag on it. So m left only being able to get soft foods?
