I was informed this morning when i called to reschedule that the office now goes by a different name. They also said their new policy does not allow them to reschedule Saturday appointments if you miss one. Like I said I've been a patient for over 10 years and never before missed an appointment. I work 2 jobs so it's not possible for me to make a weekday appointment. And I also live pretty far away. I'll be looking for a new dentist office. Probably a blessing in disguise

The restaurant next door, CinderBar, can get crowded at night (when iSmile is closed) and has limited parking. Yes, I saw the 'towing' sign in the iSmile lot, but didn't think they'd really tow @ 9:00 pm on a Saturday night when the dental office was dark. But, yes...they did tow my car. I understand restricting your lot to your staff & patients during your open hours, but towing when you're closed? That's just not friendly or neighborly at all. I'll look elsewhere for my cleanings and certainly will be sharing my story.

Couldn't wait for appt opening so went elsewhere . Did extensive 3 D X-rays and was told a different tooth was where pain was coming from and NO rootcanals needed on other teeth . It is almost an hour away though. :( I got an appointment for my son within a week. They have night time hours. The office just smelled so clean that's a big one for me. I love the smell of clean. It's well kept inside as well. If you live near this dentist, I would advise you go here! They are compassionate and they make you feel heard. My son on the other hand he may not feel the same way lol since he was the one being treated. But he was smiling and just felt right in place before the procedure. We were told our daughter might have a tongue and/or lip tie, at the hospital, at her pediatrician's office, and then by our lactation consultant. We were hopeful to be able to resolve it, but also a little nervous about the procedure. Dr. Bickel went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable, explaining everything, answering our questions, and just being a truly personable and approachable practitioner. That goes a long way, especially when it comes to people working with our child! We plan to return for the procedure, and were delighted to see all of the positive reviews here. I will be sure to update my review if it is anything less that 5 stars, but we have confidence in Dr. Bickel and her team!
