I saw her in July and plan to see her again when I come in November. The new office is absolutely beautiful. This is a full-service Dentistry office. Dr Battula can do almost anything. And if it's not her specialty she will make sure she refers you to the best! Everything is top notch from the hygienist to the assistants, front desk, and billing. There is rarely a long wait, and if there is any anticipation of a wait time, the staff is honest and offers you an opportunity to grab a cup of coffee or shop the nearby stores in this cute area of town. This visit I was not treated very well and the staff was not friendly as they were to busy working patients like an assembly line. My initial visit was Oct.21 2021 for my initial exam and mold for my new pending dentures, I was told they were sold and no longer offer same day service after the fact, and was told to come back on November 17, 2021 for my fit, I realized I had my chem infusion that day and tried to reschedule my appointment, after several attempts to call and reach someone, or get a call back, I got reply from 9AM, so st 4PM I went to the office where a very uncaring person behind the desk told me she could not help me on another appointment until December 7, 2021 and that was , so I am going not even to get my dentures, so I agreed to try to go there after my 3.5 hour chemo infusion by 1PM. They did not hesitate to take my full payment though., and not sure how this is going to end up, but I will update this review. Very disappointing in not being informed of the long time involved until after the first service was preformed. they also failed to process my Delta Insurance or offer me the forms to file a claim. I went there to have my dentures realigned and left my first visit with pain but I figured I'd give it a couple days over the weekend to calm down. By Monday I'm still experiencing significant pain ant can't eat anything that I have to bite into so I call Monday morning and they tell me they can't get me in until Thursday which is a long time when you experiencing pain and can't eat. So I go to my appointment and they make some adjustments and because my gums are already sore it's hard to tell if it made a big difference. I leave and reach out to them early Friday afternoon and hear nothing back from them until Monday stating they can't get me in Friday while again I'm in pain and can't eat because of it. I go in Friday and once again the dental assistant want to make more adjustments and mind you I've never once seen the actual dentist even though I have been experiencing significant issues with the dentures for two weeks already so I told them I want to see the actual dentist this time and finally got to see her. She made some adjustments and I was able to get a good amount of relief but after eating over the weekend I was still experiencing a little pain and discomfort and at this point I'm done. I'd rather find another dentist that I can get to do the adjustments on my dentures. Besides all of that the assistant cut a good portion of my denture that the dentist said can't be built back up which takes away from the suction and will allow small pieces of food to get in between the denture and my gums. I can honestly say that my after is worse than my before because I was experiencing no issues before coming here.

She told me my balance for today, I handed her my Visa card she processes it then proceeds to tell me I have a balance from a previous visit. I told her I was going back and forth with my insurance and I would send a payment, she told me that hasn't nothing to do with them and that's between me and the insurance all while she still has my Visa card in her hand. She then proceeds to tell me they like to keep a card on file and asked if I would be Ok making a copy of it and I clearly told her no give me my card back. She goes to hand it to me then pulls it back and stands up to go and speak to the manager with my card in her hand. When she finally brings my card back I told her that was very inappropriate and don't try to hold my card hostage and she just threw her hand up and walked away.

The hygienist also shamed me for my facial/oral fashion choices and spoke to me as though I was not a full-grown adult who knew the risks associated. What I can say is that the front desk staff were kind and helpful and the hygienist did do a great job cleaning my teeth. However, if you have some shame around your dental health or are sensitive about the way you are treated in medical settings I'd look elsewhere.
