When you are trying to explain something to the staff they just say uh huh, ok. Like are you even writing anything I'm saying down!? What you say is gonna go in one ear and out the other. It takes forever for anything to get done by their office. I'm talking months! So if you wanted to hurry and get your paperwork submitted do not use this office! They don't know how to do anything. My mom is still waiting for paperwork to get processed since January. 8 months and we still don't even have a case number. We went to the workers compensation office and the information and assistance officer said no application has ever been submitted for the dates and gave us a packet how to fill out the application and the name of the insurance company we needed to submit the application. The statement is very funny. You will see descriptions like. Example MAY 13 calling the other party conversation for 30 mts cost $120 Send letter to the other party cost $80 Review documents from other party $200 Going for representation to court $800 Etc. And so on. He will connect with the other party lawyer to try to do the best to get in circles and make things longer to milking your account faster and ask for more deposits. I remembered making a second deposit and in more than 4 times being in court not even the last name of my child were changed. The arrangement for paying child support was exorbitant high. I didn't see a really interested on my needs. At the end I decided to dropped him off. Cut his services and represent my self on court. Because I knew what I wanted I was able to speak directly to the judge and the first thing I asked was my kids last name change it. Immediately the order was honored. Simple things that never got fixed with a lawyer firm. I definitely waste my money. Sometimes I even thinking to opening small claims asking for percentage of my money back because I pay for services that never accomplished anything and advance me nowhere on my case. That was my personal experience. Now I'm happier than before because even that I don't have 50/ 50 custody with my children I Decided to get along with the mother of my kids to prevent repercussions on them. I got to see them whatever I want. Spend quality time and my obligations are not expensive like when I had legal representation. I hope this help some folks out there to opening their eyes a soon as see how quickly their money starts going away for simple things like ( studying and reading the case today 30 pages. 1 hour studying... charged $250 ) Warm regards

A mi no me hizo el proof of service de una demanda civil, aparte la demanda fue mal redactada y eso es lo más básico de una demanda. También me mintió por varios meses que ya estaba la demanda en proceso y núnca me dio mi número de caso hasta que me di cuenta que mintio y lo confronte. Por meses me mintió y me dijo que ya había corte, yo perdí un día de trabajo para ir a la supuesta corte y resulta que no había ni caso todavía. También dijo que la demanda había sido entregada por el sheriff y eso nunca pasó, hasta meses después el mismo la entregó pero fue porque yo lo prescione y fui con el sherriff dept a entregar todo, cosa que era su trabajo, de ahí fue cuando se negó hacer el proof of service. También negó que el sheriff dept le había entregado la copia de que se entregó la demanda cuando yo mismo fui a preguntar si había residido la copia por parte del sheriff dept. La verdad en mi opinión el se aprovecha de los que no sabemos del sistema, te cobra solo en cash, check o Zelle. No lo contraten los va Estafar y los va aser perder su tiempo y su dinero.

I also did not communicate much or run the bill up and provided the core docs efficiently. And so this was just a matter of mismanagement of the case (imo). It's too bad because the paper she wrote was good. I'd say just take the advice on the first meeting and then prepare your stuff on your own if you are able.
