The David's Bridal rep was extremely rude and said its not my problem and take it up with corporate. I mean who is says that?? I call the corporate office and was told the dress needed to be cut to size and would take longer. All the bridesmaids received their dresses but mine is nowhere to be found! After multiple calls to the store and the corporate office, it was decided that the best they could do was give me a dress 2 sizes too big and would have it sent out right away. I asked is there any compensation they could offer for this situation, only could offer 20% discount. I said is alterations going to be possible with this tight timeframe and was then told no they cannot guarantee it would be done in time. Well on the wedding day...the zipper splits apart where I need to be sewn in because the zipper is cheap and garbage like material. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM DAVID'S BRIDAL AGAIN!!! Such a major disappointment and so much money to spend and all this happens!

I'm told by multiple reps that her dress will now come at the end of April and she'll receive an email. End of April comes and there's no email. Have to talk to them again. Now we're supposed to get the dress early May. Never got it, along with Bridesmaids 2 & 3 whose are now delayed until July. Talked to maybe 20 people from DB and got 20 different answers on all 3 of these dresses. Absolutely no consistency among their reps. They couldn't have made this process worse if they tried. After an INCREDIBLY frustrating process with David's Bridal, we canceled the orders because I stopped trusting them. BUT DO YOU THINK DAVID'S BRIDAL CANCELS THEM WHEN THEY SAID THEY DID? Nope, I have to follow up to talk to ANOTHER rep who says the orders were never canceled. Now we are scrambling to find new dresses thanks to this god forsaken company. They were - truly - all freaking stunning, COMPLETELY different, and very much me. From the second I had walked in I had my eye on a short pink dress that was on the mannequin, but it ended up being one of the dresses Ryan picked out for me that was the winner. I couldn't stop smiling. The inventory was extensive, and most importantly unique. Stella has a fantastic eye and picks dresses that are not only gorgeous, but will make you stand out. The process was so easy and stress free. We had the entire place to ourselves, no time limit, there was champagne, and the space is just gorgeous. As the night went on, she became visibly annoyed whenever my friends asked questions about other dresses in the store. After I tried on my last dress, one of my friends asked about another option, and another sales rep showed her a gown. Instead of being professional, she angrily snapped "no" in a whisper, clearly signaling to rush us out of there. No offense, but that is terrible customer service. I refuse to spend money on a wedding dress somewhere that treats people this way. She then looked at me and bluntly said my time was up -- even though my appointment had started late. It was 6:58, and she claimed the store was closing, but their own door clearly says they close at 7:30. The whole environment was unwelcoming compared to other bridal shops. No one smiled, no warmth, no excitement -- which is the bare minimum you'd expect during such a special moment. Because of this experience, I will absolutely refrain from doing any business with them and will tell others about how poorly they treat customers. Thankfully, I stayed polite and calm, because I can only imagine how badly they'd react if someone had actually been a "bridezilla."

Per manager named "Queen", well you should've picked it up, its not our problem. We don't refund and you would need to repurchase to get another in. 3 calls to make sure your coming so we can fleece you, 1 call saying in, 0 calls to say we're sending back and stealing your money. Terrible customer service after they have your money, not to mention out right theft if you don't follow "Queens " policy of picking up immediately. Called another store and that isn't common policy to just send back and keep your money.

I browsed around a bit, tried on a dress, and decided to come back another day. On my second visit, the same sales associate was there, and again looked as though she just rolled out of bed. The request I had for my dress was "sheath" and with sleeves or straps, and preferably lace. I was brought several strapless ball gowns repeatedly. I understand suggestive selling but I have tried on ball gowns and do not want this style at all (I'm small and it overpowers my frame). They carry some very nice gowns, so if you are interested in one of the designers there I would check it out. Many of the new 2014 and 2015 Maggie Sottero gowns are also at Sophie's Bridal in Hamilton for a few hundred less than at Paula's.
