I don't like being followed in a store but also received no offer asking if I needed help or direction. I'm not sure about the whole idea of the bar. I walked by, but it didn't really seem open. Prices were a bit higher than I was expecting but may be fine for others. Will I return? Most likely not, but would still suggest others check it out and make their own decision. The girl was so quiet and when I looked at her she wasn't smiling at me so I wasn't sure to be honest. I was not approached the rest of the time I was there which, I don't want sales forced upon me but a nice welcome and run down of the store seems standard for a new business but I guess not. I think this can improve. The aesthetic of the store was very pleasing! Clean, big, bright, well-organized, easy to find things. Plenty of fitting rooms and chairs for those waiting or to try on shoes. There is a bar with seats that's cute but no one was back there so maybe you have to ask to be served. The prices are on the high end. I picked up some earrings I thought were cute and they were around $200 (not gold or diamond anything). I picked up some shoes I loved, one pair also around $200, another almost $300. A cute little cotton tank top was $38. Now, I do believe the products are adorable and of high quality so I'm not complaining per se, but if you're more of a bargain shopper (or a maxxinista like me) you may not be in the right place. Aside from clothing, shoes, and accessories, there are hair and skin products and candles galore. I would say the best age group for this stores style is 16-25. Just make sure you are prepared to spend these sort of prices and if so, you are sure to leave happy.

When the consignment period is over in 3 months, you know exactly which item sold and how much money you will get for it. Unlike another consignment store in the area that just gives you a number for your items and never tells you exactly what sold. Becomes a mystery. And then you have to hunt all over the place to find your items that didn't sell if you want them back. But here, I ask for items that don't sell back and they keep them for me to pick up within a window of time. They take appointments on their website for consigning your things the first few days of the month only. It's very organized and I appreciate that. They may not take many of the items you hope to consign. But at least they're honest and organized.

Years ago I think they were the same three or four sales ladies in there. One of them was friendly the others not so much. If you weren't dressed to the nines, they would ignore you whether you could afford the clothing or not. He got to the point where I used to go out of my way and drive to the Orchard Park location because they were much friendlier. A few days ago there was a particular item that I was looking for and purchased online and needed to go to the store to pick up since there is no longer in Orchard Park store I went to the one in Williamsville, the only one in our area. Upon entering, there were two sales people in the store, no customers. One of the sales people was in the corner of the store far for me and the lady who was working at the counter didn't even look back, but said a very disinterested hello. I did find a few items to try on and had them in my arms. She barely acknowledged and just said again under her breath into herself the dressing room rooms are unlocked. The other lady came over. Asked my name wrote my name on the door and helped me into the dressing room. That's more like the customer service that I am used to there. At that time I asked about my order online. The first woman, the unfriendly one, said we don't have any order and I said well I ordered it online and got a confirmation. She said that that's impossible. We don't have anything . The friendly sales lady asked me what the item was. I told her and the unfriendly sales person said oh there is one of those in the back. Let me bring it out of course that was my shirt, but apparently she goes online lags quite far behind the sale hadn't gone through yet. More on that later. I went to check out the unfriendly lady never made eye contact with me, continued her work and basically seem to be telling the other lady what to do and how to do it, even though I know the other sales woman has worked there for many many years. They both have I made my purchase and left the store and I won't be back. I even put an item on hold thinking I would go back the next day and purchase it, but I was thinking why would I subject myself to unfriendly sales people. I went home and ordered a T-shirt I initially wanted and had it mailed to my house. The order took immediately. Then two days after that I got an email from Chico online saying my initial order was available at the store. Looks like I will have to go back to cancel the order anyway. I can hardly wait. These women need a lesson in putting the customer and customer service. The one lady behind the counter who I am, assuming is the Manager has an attitude that is horrible. No eye contact, not friendly, and I would like to say she was having an off day, but as I said before, she has worked there for years and it has always been this way. The other women that used to work at that store had the same attitude. I'll just stick to buying online. I only gave two stars because of the merchandise.

While the staff here are nice and knowledgeable about the products they stock, the issue is that…read morethe store is very selective in what they choose to stock and have changed to cater more to standard fitting bras/swimwear rather than those for women with non-standard sizes. I went in seeking a swimsuit that had the coverage of a bra, so I could feel comfortable on vacation. I wanted a one-piece or tankini swimsuit with an underwire, bra-style band, and padded cups (not just flimsy inserts that provide no support or lift) that would provide nipple coverage. They did not have a single option that fit these requirements. Instead, I was given swimsuits that didn't even have an underwire and/or bra-style band and told I would be "surprised by the level of support they had." The bathing suits provided absolutely no support, which anyone could have guessed.... I wanted a bathing suit top with at least some padded nipple coverage (which feels like common sense for bathing suits and being in and out of the water!!) and the fitter seemed genuinely surprised that I cared about that. Every time I go, I have the same issue. I don't understand why they refuse to stock more than a handful of padded bras or padded swimsuits that provide nipple coverage and don't have countless seams showing through my t-shirt. There's no way that I'm the only customer that wants additional coverage and doesn't want the seams from cupless bras (and my nipples!) showing through my shirt. I'm not even looking for cute prints or colors, just a simple bra or bathing suit in speciality sizing that provides sufficient support and coverage. This feels like something many women would also want, and it's very disappointing that the store seems to refuse to carry any significant stock that fills those criteria. The fitter claimed they didn't have the ability to stock the types of swimsuits I was looking for, but looking around at the displays filled strapless bikinis and non-bra related goods like clothing and bags, it seems like they are choosing to prioritize non-bra items and standard sizes rather than the specialty bra sizes and fuller coverage items that many women in WNY depend on. It feels like every time I leave this store, I leave disappointed because their stock of speciality sizes is so limited in its variety and level of support/coverage. If you're dependent on speciality or non-department store sizing and especially if you have low volume breasts, it's very difficult to recommend this store, even though I wish I could. We need better specialty sizing bra options in Buffalo.
