Jamie FaceTimed me to walk me through every item, and we agreed on a path forward to repair. What I like about Jamie is his honesty and consultation regarding what needed to be done. It beautifully matches the Victorian look of the safety railings he designed and installed to our front porch. This easy to climb, well-lit staircase replaced a huge, decaying wood staircase that blocked two windows and was poorly lit. Not only is the staircase exactly right to give us more garden space, but the "boing" of walking daily up and down the stair steps (which have holes to prevent icy spots) has improved my bad knee. After about 4 months, I called to have them come back and fine tune the spring on the door that was squeaking a bit from having settled in from being fresh out of the box. Service technician showed up as scheduled and made a couple of adjustments to the tension on the spring and it quieted down. Very pleased with my experience and door/opener cost.
