I called the next day, he found a sunroof for my car, rescheduled someone in order to fit me in (thank you unknown person!) and had me on the road in no time for about half of anyone else. 2" of rain and high winds tonight. My partner accidentally cracked his mother's windshield and called up this company to fix it. It cost around 300, which when looking online for the price of her car's windshield it seemed very reasonable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He arrived and was pleasant right away, shook hands with my mother in law and me and was talking to us the whole time. Very personable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He talked to us in a very friendly manner and not in that awkward, "trying to fill the silence" way. He has a good sense of humor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]His wife, Dolly also seems friendly (I talked to her on the phone prior to his arrival).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] While Bill was very friendly and likable, he was also incredibly good at his actual job. He looked very confident and did the windshield repair in a fast, but careful manner. It looked wonderful afterwards. He made sure to clean out all the dirt and debris from the original windshield and everything looked brand new at the end. Almost wish he could do the same to every window in the car but let's not go crazy here. Funny side note, we told our neighbor we were getting the windshield replaced and he said, "Cancel whomever it is, you gotta use my guy." Turns out we had the same guy. I had an unexpected event happen the night prior which cause my whole back window to be broken. I called billy at 10AM and he was out to fix my window by 2pm ! He went above and beyond to vacuum out basically my whole car and even the trunk to get as much glass up as he could being the fact I have a little one with me. Another plus was his pricing ! I had called around and was quoted in the high 500 range for my back window and billy defiantly beat those prices. Billy replaced both of my car windows after they got smashed in Tropical Storm Isaias. He came to my house and replaced them very quickly. It took under an hour to replace both windows. He only charged me $190 per window. Safelite wanted $309 each. Billy did a perfect, highly professional job, and I highly recommend him. Billy came to my house @ 7:30 this morning and replaced.my window regulator. I started the job but could not finish. He reinstalled it in no time flat. I inquired about replacing the rear window motor, and he informed me the problem was with the regulator. I got one and later that morning and he installed it! I needed someone to fix my window regulator. When I called Billy, I immediately got the sense that he was both helpful & trustworthy. He was honest about prices & availability, & we set up a time for him to come to my home & fix my car right in my driveway. He had to call me more than once to tell me that he'd arrived -- I had my phone set to silent; oops! -- & he was completely understanding/unruffled & didn't seem annoyed at all, which I appreciated. He not only fixed my window but he cleaned it, too (there was a bunch of tape goo stuck on the glass from my quick fix). And - this part is so nice that it seems like I'm making it up but I swear, it's true! - I pointed out a spider that was on my car, which went from being splayed out to curling into a tight little ball (almost a perfect circle) - and he said, "Little guy looks cold." He took out a business card, gently scooped him up, and said, "I'll put him in my truck, where it's warm, & let him go when I get home. I've got 4 acres." Whaaaat? A friend to all creatures! Bill was installing a wind shield near my house. I got his card. Last Wed. I called for an appointment. They could not do it till Monday. OK no problem. His wife said that the glass would not be delivered till noon. I told her I had to have an 8:00 am appointment. She said "I guess I could order it on Fri after I told her I needed an early appointment. So 8:00am came and went. No glass guy. I called and Bill answered, "glass should be here by noon" WTF. Then he got real snotty with me. I then told him to forget it. Most glass companies have same day service. Now I got two techs on payroll waiting around. He made sure to schedule an appointment quickly in light of the weather forecast, which is highly appreciated when you have a hole in your roof.
