Saturday afternoon I noticed a ding in my car door. Needless to say I wasn't the happiest if campers. Someone must have opened their door into mine (pretty hard by the look of it) and didn't leave a note or anything (of course). I remembered that I drive by this place every morning on my way to work so I gave them a call bright and early yesterday morning and spoke with Jay who told me to text him a photo of the ding (I had already taken one with a penny beside it for scale) and he said he'd get back to me soon. Not long after the text, he messaged me back with an estimate which, in my opinion was fair and fantastic considering the location of the ding and I set up an appointment to drop later on in the morning. A few hours later my vehicle was done. I went by to pick it up and met with Maxson who brought me to my vehicle and showed me the work. I was blown away! I had friends telling me "that's too deep, too sharp, in too difficult a location to come out smoothly" the guys at New England Dent Removal proved them SO wrong! These guys are amazing! I stupidly backed into my daughters car and crunched up the doors pretty good, other body shops wanted to replace the doors and charge me a gazillion dollars but New England Dent was able to bring the car back to new again, and have it ready to go in one day for an incredibly fair price. Recently had them replace a side mirror, repair a dent and two spots that needed paint touch up from being dinged. These guys are the best ..I had a dent caused by a shopping cart one year back in my right rear door. They just made it disappear and I can't even recognize where it was in the first place. Until I reached their shop, I didn't know that they remove scratches and do full detailing as well. I checked with PJ on repairing couple of key scratches on the front door and rear door . He was more than happy to help and completed the work within half an hour. We were in the Home Depot parking lot when we met Anthony. We saw his business truck and we chased him down because we had a ugly fender dent that depreciated the value of our truck. He gave us a quote right there and the quote was much more reasonable than taking our truck to a body shop to have it done. We drove over to New England Dent Removal and spoke to Jason Ferretti, who is the owner, and he is so mild mannered and pleasant. He told us that he could take it 85% out. Needless to say we went in the next morning and it took them some time,which we were happy about. That right there shows you that they take pride in their work and the quality of the finished product such as Anthony took with our truck. The fender turned out to be in our opinion better then 85% and we highly recommend New England Dent Removal. read more
