Supreme Construction is the worst company I have ever done business with. We are 15 months in, and the job is not finished. They failed inspection 2 times and have tried multiple times to try to screw us out of money. Attorneys are involved. Akram Syed has not responded to emails and has avoided us for 6 months. We are working with the state to have his and his brother's construction license suspended or revoked. read more

On Saturday January the 29th my wife and I were shopping for a countertop for our kitchen overhaul project. We ended up at Supreme International USA located on Orange Blossom Trail. We looked at some slabs of granite and got a quotation and also got a new sink, backsplash and everything would be included according to our sales person. I asked him about faucets? He mentioned that they do not sell any but I could buy whatever faucet I wanted and that they also would "take care of that" . I also mentioned that the next week I had vacation planned and that It would be greatly appreciated if they could install that week. the sales person consulted with his colleague and mentioned that installation would be possible the second part of that week. We took home the quote to think it over and on Monday morning at 9 AM I went back to Supreme International USA, met with the same sales person that helped me on Saturday. I decided on the granite and he finalized the quote and paid the 50% deposit. On Thursday February 3rd, a gentleman from Supreme International USA came to the house to do the final measurements and he also mentioned that they wouldn't be able to install the sink that we chose because of our cabinets. My wife chose another sink which was $180 cheaper than the one we previously chose and the guy left. On Tuesday February the 8th I called Supreme International USA to see if they had a date for the installation they mentioned most probably on Thursday the 10th. and that they would call. On Thursday afternoon I called Supreme International USA and was assured that they would install on Friday the 11th. On Friday morning at 11Am I received a phone call from Supreme International USA, very apologetic because their truck was in the shop and that they wouldn't be able to install it that day but assured me it would be Saturday the 12th between 9AM and 11AM. On Saturday around 11AM two guys arrived at my house and they installed the granite countertops with the new sink. Once they were done with the granite they took their tools and cleaned up. I asked them about hooking up the sink, faucet and what about the backsplash? The guy mentioned that he only did the countertops and that I should call Supreme International USA and talk to Assam so I did, I asked Assam about the sink, faucet and the backsplash. Assam stated that the plumbing was not included and the backsplash would come later and that he would let me know when. I explained to Assam that I was told by my salesperson that "everything would be taken care of and included." Assam told me that plumbing was never included. I told Assam that I was told differently and that it was Saturday afternoon and I have no water and drainage in my kitchen and that he needed to come up with a solution. Assam raised his voice and told me that this is my problem, not his and that I NEED TO LEARN HOW TO READ ENGLISH!! I assured Assam that my quotation did not say anywhere that plumbing was not included and again several times Assan told me that this is not his problem and again I NEEDED TO LEARN HOW TO READ ENGLISH!! I asked Assam to let me talk to his boss and he passed the phone over to a gentleman by the name of Hassan and he claimed to be the owner. I explained to Hassan what happened and Hassan was very apologetic while I overheard him talking to my salesperson about what he had said to me. The guy even told Hassan that he had never mentioned that the plumbing wasn't included. Hassan and I agreed that he would pay a plumber and that I would pay for the materials and get this solved. Hassan mentioned several times during our conversation that Monday February the 14th my salesperson would contact me to make arrangements to get the plummer out asap and get me a date for the backsplash installation. Unfortunately I did not hear from my salesperson or from Hassan.... I'm absolutely offended that Assam has the audacity to tell me (a client) that I NEED TO LEARN HOW TO READ ENGLISH!! and he raised his voice and was beyond rude to me on the phone. Listen Assam, I speak,read and write 5 languages and English is not my first language. I manage an organisation with several hundred employees and I think that my language skills are just fine. If one of my employees would ever raise his/her voice to a customer or would ever tell anyone that THEY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO READ ENGLISH!! I would fire them in a heartbeat because my customers are too important to me. This company built book shelves for me. The process was awful: delays, no reply when I called, wrong material...It took several months to " finish " the project and the final product is mediocre at best: no caulking, a door does not close properly etc. Nothing to do with the photos on the website. At the end, I was so frustrated, I just gave up. Be sure to get a detailed estimate. Hassan gave me a global number, then denied having included some parts of the job although he came to measure everything. read more

We had stone put on our fireplace. Job took over a month to complete to our satisfaction - a NIGHTMARE from beginning to end! 1st installer came at 3:00 in the afternoon but was supposed to be at the house at 10:00. He left as soon as he got to the house to run to Lowes to get mortar and then left after working only one hour. He also needed silicone for the job and had the nerve to ask US to go out and buy it. Day 2 same installer came. Did not like to be questioned about his work. Gave him drop cloths because he didn't have any and still didn't use them. Worked for an hour and then disappeared - came back 4 hours later! When asked where he was said, "someone owed me money & I had to go get it." Job still not done. Many stack stones were broken so job could not be completed. More stone needed to be ordered. He left our home a MESS with mortar and dirt everywhere - on our new tiled floor and newly painted walls. A week went by before anyone showed up to continue the job. New installer came & said the workmanship was bad. Sharp edges sticking out, bad spacing, corner joints did not meet - horrible! Our honest second installer called the store & he got in trouble for telling the truth. Boss yelled at him & then yelled at me when I asked to speak to him directly. More stone needed to be ordered because a lot of stone needed to be removed due to poor workmanship. Date set for install - no one showed up 3 times! Spoke to a manager and was chastised for being too picky. Manager came with installer and insisted that there was nothing wrong with the workmanship. Installer disagreed. Manager left & would not talk to me about correcting the job. Good luck contacting this company. Mailbox is often full, and they are very poor at returning phone calls. Learn from us and stay away at all costs! read more

I had a granite countertop installed in my kitchen. The installation is horrific. The installers left permanent glue stains on the surfaces. They built an addition to my island and they did not level it properly then the stone installers had a hard time leveling the whole thing resulting in sloping surface. Very bad and sloppy installation, having said that I would not higher this company again for my other projects. read more

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Ana and the entire team were so helpful, and patient, in our granite selection process. We were "just looking" and didn't realize we could actually afford to get granite for our master bathroom vanity instead of the ugly builder-grade laminate that was there. There was such an amazing selection, we actually went to the showroom about 4x before we made our actual selection. The entire crew was helpful through the whole process, from their free measuring and estimate through installation. Thank you for our lovely master vanity! There prices are cheap, but there service, booking and scheduling are the worst. They lie to cover a lie. You can't believe anything they tell you. I had two of my customers try them. One was a kitchen remodel, they installed the granite. They made the appointment and no showed, then came the second time late. They was late for the install and then, after install I noticed that all the edges on the product felt like there was comb groves. Bad blade on their cutting machine. Obviously no QC. The owner over talks and talks down to women. The second job was even worse. They didn't have anything ready when they promised. The customer had to end up installing himself. Witch has led to.more problems. Look somewhere else for your granite or quartz. read more

Wow, what happens to my review. I guess it was taken down! Yes, I had a very bad experience with this company. It's been now three year going on four and I never got my floor fixed. Worst customer service and scheduling. I was told my bathroom would be done in 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks. They left the garbage in my driveway for 2 weeks which resulted in a letter from the HOA. They hire part-time subs that can only work after work or on the weekends. No communication, I had to follow up constantly. They definitely overpromise and under deliver. read more

This is a pretty straight forward company. Great customer service and good people. I would advise anyone to stop by and see for themselves. I see a lot of Real estate agents come here to give their clients tours of kitchen and bath setups. They also have a cool granite slab yard in the back. Visited the location in Tampa too when I was working on a project. The outside of this place does no justice...the inside is incredible... like a candy shop for home remodeling. They have everything from granite countertops to marble tile. Worth a visit. read more

We wanted to redo our kitchen and shop around for a few months. My husband call in for a free estimate. They scheduled the free stimate for a Tuesday. The person that came in was very professional and gave us a good price for our granite and sink. The price was so low that we felt it was high way robery after he left. After doing the measurements and giving us the price he said that it was going to take two weeks. The same week on Friday our granite was install!! This people were so professional work so well.
