I called at 11:30 to see where they were, the man who answered the phone told me their employee was sick. So I asked why no one called me to tell me he was sick and reschedule. He then replied I told you he is sick and has been for a while. I replied yes I heard you but why was I not contacted? Then I asked if I could reschedule for next week. He replied we will not be coming and hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional and rudest business I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and call someone else!!!

I had work completed from this company in August 2025. We had the front porch and the back deck…read morecompletely redone by this company. Once the job was completed, the deck and porch were beautiful from the eye. After having a third-party inspector, inspect the porch and deck prior to us having the city come out and do their inspection, the inspector informed us on many many constructing errors. Diante came back out once I let him know about all of the errors, he was more concerned about who told me about these issues.Diante later sent his workers out to make the corrections, they completely removed the stairs of the front porch to construct what we assumed would be the correct way. I had inspectors look at the "start of correction" and it was still being built not up to code standard. Not one time did Mr. Deonte come on site to see what his workers were doing. Diante even subcontracted the build of our back deck to another company who just so happen a few days before I found online to remove debris from my rental property. He actually had given me a quote for my decks but I decided to go with BASH REMODELING because of his work . The other company was way cheaper ! So to know he hired someone who I had just decided I wasn't going to use was a bit awkward but I didn't make a issue of it . Diante also over ordered on supplies! There is so much wood laying around the yard that another small deck could be built! I found ATL Fresh cans and saw several good reviews on another platform. I decided to have my recycling bin cleaned as well. I scheduled the service online and received an email confirmation confirming the service date shortly after with instructions to leave the bins out and keep them empty following our regular trash service. The booking process was very easy. Service was performed as scheduled. The bins are now sparkling clean! Before the cleaning they were attracting gnats and stinking up our garage. There were also remnants of papers and other things stuck to the bottom of the bins from the previous owners of our home - all gone now. I wish I would have known of this company sooner. Will definitely be calling him out again!

A few things kept it from being a 5-star experience. I couldn't find a service schedule when I booked, although I was able to text someone on the team who was responsive and helpful. I also thought the service was a little pricey. And this is really just me nitpicking, but I expected the can to have that fresh, clean scent after it was washed. It looked spotless, but it didn't have that "just cleaned" smell I was expecting. Overall, I'd use them again and would recommend them if you're looking to get your trash cans professionally cleaned.
