The job lasted roughly fours hours as special attention was given to stubborn/hard to remove areas. We were impressed that they showed up on time and were responsive when we were contacting them. They came out 3 times within about a week (the schedule was flexible due to the weather at the time). The pressure washed and let that dry, then came out for most of the staining work a couple of days later. They then returned a few days after that to finish up any areas that remained. We were very satisfied with their work and would consider hiring them again for any future painting projects.

We agreed on a very reasonable price, and, although the work was probably way more arduous than he realized, he honored our original agreement. He did the most thorough and precise job-- he was able to uncover landscaping features we didn't even know existed! He even pointed out an area of our yard where he found an adorable ground squirrel nest-- and placed a wooden board around it for protection while he mowed. :) It began to storm and so he told us he would come back the following day to collect all of the leaves and clippings. He was back at his very next opportunity, and hauled away every shred of leaves and grass. We had bad weather…read morethe week it was scheduled and never received a final date for when the team would come, but they came and took care of the gutters when they could. There was some debris from the gutters left in our yard but we do try to use all plant materials to support the growth of our yard so it was not a problem for us. The estimate and the invoice came by email, but all other communication had been by text so I missed the final invoice. Just wanted to let others know to check your email too.
