When the owner and the operator came out after I called they explained that they couldn't do any better due to the rocks and the fact that their budget ran out. They suggested I hire people from Craig's list to pick up the rocks then finish it myself. They also offered to come back out and do more work at a reduced rate if I wanted to pay more. Cannot recommend them.

When I called him to repair it, he kept ignoring my calls. Then, when I finally called him from a different number, he answered and he was very rude. He stated he would come back on a friday.And didn't show up. So aftert three weeks of trying to get a hold of him, he gave me a time and place that he woild arrive. This was my elderly parent's home, i don't live with them. , so I had to have a set time so I could meet him there. He showed up 2 hours early nailed. Some posts, and then asked my parent, who has dementia. If everything was okay, since they were not aware, they said yes. When I finally got there and saw the job he had done with the nails that we're sticking out. I tried calling him again. When he answered, he said he refused to come back. Unfortunately, my elderly parent had already prepaid him four thousand dollars to do the jobt We had no recourse but to hire someone else to finish the job and do it correctly.
