At first, he said that he'd repair them. Then, he told me that he would lose money if he did the repairs, that I should find another contractor and then he ghosted me. So, following his blunt advice, I met with several contractors to review his work and they all said the same thing: the reason why his work is falling apart is due to faulty construction and use of cheap materials. The repair to one of his projects costs $2400. Another repair costs $1000. I'm not the type to write bad reviews, but I think others should be aware of his unethical behavior and poor craftsmanship.
