Really. We were not far from Macclenny; Lake City is 30-45 minutes. This guy was never on the road enroute because he showed up AN HOUR after I had called the company. If you call AAA and they say this is the company coming, you are better off pushing your own vehicle home; it's likely it will take you less time. STAY CLEAR of this company. The tire light came on as we traveled home from a Thanksgiving weekend spent on the bayou. After…read morepulling off Interstate 10, we discovered a nail in our tire and panicked! We still had several hundred miles left ahead of us on a Sunday evening. Lewis Murray Tire appeared closed, but we decided to give them a quick call (the signs said 24/7 service) and were connected to the nicest woman who promised to get someone down to the shop within the hour. She personally arrived with David who got our tire patched and helped us get on our way safely. Probably a little pricy for the late night service but worth every penny to avoid getting the donut spare put on by AAA! We could not be more grateful for their kindness and help in what could have been a huge headache. Highly recommend!
