It's extremely exceeded my expectations. I hit long metal on I4 and busted my tires and bent my rims, I took my car to other place and they quote me for 4 days to be done. Luckily I found Bent Rim Repair, met Arni (the owner) and he assured me that my rims will be done by the next day since I got there quite late. Not only excellent service and the high quality of their work, they also very fair with their price. I still can't believe how much money I saved with their very high skill works that they are done. My brother went here to get some cosmetic work done to his truck. "Big Will" quoted him something…read morelike $4,000 worth of stuff, so my brother told him "hey, I need some time to think about this; that's a lot of money" and went home with nothing done to his truck. A couple days go by and he gives the shop another call to tell them he didn't want any work done. He decided his old truck wasn't worth $4,000 worth of mods. They told him "hey that's cool, we'll just cancel your order." About a month later, my brother checks his bank account after getting notified that a $200 charge just hit his account. So Big Will - the owner, mind you - said to him while he was in the shop "if $4,000 is too much, why don't you fill out this application; it's a soft credit check that will see if you qualify for monthly payments". So my brother filled out the form - not 100% sure what happened after that, but something went wrong. At this point you might be thinking "ah, simple mistake" - that's what my brother first thought. So he called them up, and now all their friendly, helpful personas evaporated and they refused to cancel his order or refund his money. "We already ordered your stuff, so you've gotta pay for it." He refused and made sure to cancel that order with his card. So another month goes by and now the shop is blowing up his phone "we haven't gotten paid" - but they haven't done anything. So after spending quite a bit of time on the phone with the credit line he unwittingly opened, he managed to cancel the order... we still don't know if he's getting refunded the money he's already spent. I normally don't do this sorta thing, but money's been tight for my brother, this has really stressed him out and it's been painful to watch him suffer with this frustration. My takeaway? I refuse to do any business with these people, and I encourage you to avoid them likewise.

Previously had the tires changed with no issues but this time using BWW only because they could take me same day just so happen to claim I "had corrosion on my rims (that's never been mentioned by any other tire shop) & that Is an additional MANDATORY charge to have the inside of "my rims buffed" once I've already agreed to just simply installing tires that I have. I will never use BWW again & recommend you to avoid it and use ANY other tire/rim shop around!

I had mentioned a pinion seal leak. when David checked, it was 2 pints low. This after another shop was paid to fill it and told me it had been filled. Tire Mart charged me next to nothing compared to the trust I have and have had in them servicing my truck. Only the oil. They have always done quality work for me. Our car overheated with coolant everywhere, left the car there. It took them 3 days and they replaced the busted hose but they did Not investigate further. As a result we got stranded after 10 miles. Back to Tire Mart so they can see what happened. He said they tested the radiator (for blockage) three times and "it's not the radiator ", then insisted to keep it to "figure it out" again. It remained three for over 2 weeks with excuses such as : "we don't have enough mechanics" and "we tested everything and it's Ok". We felt helpless but we're not fools. After recommending to them to conduct a "pressure test " for the radiator and to check sensor and the water pump, their answer was that everything "seems Ok". Really??? We had the vehicle rolled back to Broward county, into the Nissan Dealership. We received an answer in 4 hours, it was the radiator. They said it's not only "blocked" but it was "rusted", along with the thermostat. These are things that they can see if they truly conducted the tests. I DO NOT trust them and I know I was lied to.

We still had several hundred miles left ahead of us on a Sunday evening. Lewis Murray Tire appeared closed, but we decided to give them a quick call (the signs said 24/7 service) and were connected to the nicest woman who promised to get someone down to the shop within the hour.
