Sold us tires that could not be used, took 3 hours to tell me they never took tires off the vehicle only to witness for myself they had removed the wheels completely. Terrible customer service, poor time management, unable to deliver services, uneducated and inexperienced. read more

I was staying in Lake City and got a slow leak along I-10 on the way. Rental car was also overdue for maintenance. Came here by 8 AM on a prayer, and my prayer was answered. They checked the tire, patched it, replaced it, and did the oil in barely over an hour. They recognized that it was a rental. It all went smoothly and saved the most crucial day of my vacation. I went to Turkey Kingdom 6 months to go to have some work done in my car I ended up having to go back to get my tires fixed again and then just a few days ago I went to have my tires and balanced and rotated because I had to buy my tires through Tire Kingdom and it took him three and a half hours to do it $120 later for TPMS sensor and now my car pulls to the left and it rides like I'm in a boat customer service on the front desk was amazing she was extremely nice everybody in the shop was sitting around joking smoking carrying on why people are piling up in the lobby the lady at the counter was apologizing constantly. read more

I had went to another tire shop that really did a number on me. I spoke to a good friend, and she told me to go to TireKingdom in Lake City Florida. So, I did. I'm so glad I did. They were very friendly and promptly waited on me. I was treated with a lot of respect. I had a bit of a wait, but that's okay when you're at an awesome place for tires. They fixed me right up and they replaced all 4 of my tires. It saved me money and a lot of headaches, unlike the other place I went to. Went to Tire Kingdom today to get my free balance and rotation. When I got home, I checked to see what my car said the tire pressure was for each tire. My car said the tires on the left were at 35 psi. The tires on the right were at 42 psi . 7 psi different. I would have thought they would have put the same psi in each tire. I started airing up my left rear tire. I watched the gauge in my car to see when I had reached 42 psi. The pressure started rising on my right back tire. I put my air gauge on my left front tire. Again, I watched the gauge in my car. The pressure started rising on my right front tire. They also failed to reset my TPMS for each tire. Now, I don't know what tire is going low when my car tells me. ARG!!! Now, my husband is going to have to do the job they were supposed to. When my husband went out to reset my TPMS for each tire, he found out that Tire Kingdom kept 2 of my value stems. Now they no longer match. ARG!!! Alice read more

My wife and I were traveling from Knoxville Tn to Sarasota for couple weeks of vacation as we crossed the Fla line our tire pressure indicator pop on. As we traveled down Hwy - pressure dropped to 28 lbs- bad news. We pull off interstate in Lake city- using cell phone ask nearest tire store - Tire Kingdom come up . I called and Mgr answered and advised me come in and would work us into the schedule- note 3:30 Saturday afternoon and they close at 5:00. The guys at tire Kingdom remove tires and found a side wall leak and could not repair and would have to replace with our spare tire. Now it 5:00 and after all this work -- manager says no charge - now we are seniors and for these guys to go out to help us - u don't find folks like this everyday - it no wonder they have so many customers-- God Bless these guys and their company. My tire was blown out on I-75 on the way to Tallahassee and i was towed here. They were immediately responsive and willing to help with my situation. I was able to get 2 tires changed in about an hour, and they even worked me in on a busy Friday afternoon. Excellent customer service experience!! My husband had a front end alignment, tire rotation, oil change, new wiper blades and winterization to his truck recently prior to a Wyoming hunting trip. William, the manager and his team were very thorough with everything, especially the alignment in making sure it was done correctly. This was the third place we contacted while in the area to get an alignment on our truck that is chewing through tires while towing our fifth wheel. Learning from two Ford dealerships who ran us around with appointments only to arrive and be too big with our long bed not to be able to be put on their lift - we TOLD Tire Kingdom what kind of truck we had and the obstacles we were running into. We were told to come in at 8 on Monday (they were open on Labor Day). We did and stood in line for 30 min for our turn only to be told we were too long to go on their lift - AGAIN. Unbelievable. Does not fix everything and they told me they can't work on my engine because they don't have the mechanics to fix it

I had an issue with a tire losing air every few days. I dealt with it for awhile, refilling it whenever my tpms went off. I eventually got tired of it and brought myself to Tire Kingdom of Lake City. I walked up and was taken care of very quickly, and had a seat to wait. I was looking at the tires they had displayed, and realized I'd like some new ones at some point. I'm always looking for a discount, so I walked up the counter and asked the same guy that waited on me earlier if they had a Veterans discount on tires. He said they did, and that they also patched tires for vets free of charge...and he then changed my bill to $0! I couldnt believe it! That act right there ensured that whenever I need anything done with my tires, I'm going to Tire Kingdom! read more

I have never left a review but this one was a must. We stopped at here after getting a flat on our way to Tallahassee. We arrived 10 minutes before closing hoping they could help us since all other places were closed. We spoke to Aaron Foss and he took a look at the tire immediately and started working on it. I expected a quick patch job and to be sent on our way. Instead he stayed 15 minutes after close to thoroughly fix and re-mount the tire and then reset the pressure measurement system. He got us all squared away and had us go free of charge. Such a kind and considerate thing. We were so lucky to have caught him. Definitely will be going to Tire Kingdom in the future. read more

They so stupid they can't remember to turn off maintenance lights on your vehicle...the tire light and the oil lights should have been turned off after the oil was changed...and the tires were replaced...i had to waste my gas going back...they got the brains of a insect....dont trust them with a more serious task...they may forget..and blow up your engine... read more

I had a roadside break down so after a few phone calls and searching yelp I was able to talk with the service desk at Tire Kingdom. Once I arrived they got me right in and back on the road again with a new alternator. One of the workers even bought our dog an ice cold water to drink. read more

Went to Tire Kingdom today to check a pull in the vehicle. I figured front alignment. They came back with front brakes, calipers and rotors for $940!!!! After saying NO, they came up with this "bundle deal" for $771? $506 in parts, clearly I said no thank you. After further searching I learned these parts are ONLY $257!!!!!! Explain to me WHY I was being charged double the price in parts??? This does not include over $300 in "shop fees" and labor!!! Absolutely NOT acceptable and I do NOT recommend them!!!! This business supports taking advantage of customers pockets. Called customer service who was not aware of part prices or could explain this visit. DO NOT waste your time!!! read more

I needed brakes on a Saturday afternoon. I called and their expert mechanic (30 years) repaired the brakes at a good cost. I was very impressed with my mechanic, being an engineer. Worst experience I have ever had at a Car Service Business! Was called to pick up car. Drove car from parking lot and got on the Interstate. The car started shaking and making loud noises. Got off at next exit and drove city streets back to tire kingdom. The back passenger said tire was missing 2 lug nuts and about to come off (Crooked). The attendant said he was only told to tighten the front passenger side tire (was a new tire). The tires had been rotated, so the other 3 tires weren't tightened. If a tire had come off on the interstate, I could have been killed! Will never go to Tire Kingdom again! read more

I'm driving cross country and had to stop to change engine oil. Tire kingdom associate informed me that I had to get the oil from them and can't use the very expensive oil that I use for my car and all other engine cleaners and oil support that I have for my classic old car .... Had a warranted tire shred on the hwy driving from Orlando to Texas. We had stopped and called to see if they had the tire and were initially said they did. Unfortunately , when we got there they said they had just put them on another car. With that said, they took care of us by putting another brand tire on the car (on them) and told us we can worry about swapping for the right tire when we got home. The only reason this doesn't have 5 stars is because of the mix up on the original call about the tires. Absolute ripoff, had to get my transmission flushed, they had the cheapest quote, after they called, 5 hours later and said my vehicle was ready, I checked my transmission fluid, not only was it very low, the transmission fluid color was a dark dirty red, if it was just changed it should be bright red.... These guys, led by Service Manager Danny Green, were great on a recent Saturday afternoon when I pulled in with a serious oil leak, unsure if I would make it another mile down the road, much less to St. Petersburg, that night. Danny got my car right in, diagnosed the problem as a leaky oil filter, did a quick oil change for a very reasonable $24, and sent me on my way.
